I recently visited The Waterfront bar in Albufeira, and it was a fantastic experience. The bar is perfectly situated with stunning views of the ocean, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I guess this is a place to go too if you want to get drunk to a stupor. I went there with my nice The food is disgusting... as a started I order a jacket up potato to share and a bottle of house wine, while they BBQ the main dish sardines...you would think is a baked potato with all the goodies ... I asked for beans and cheese (one of the options) The potato was boiled with out of the can beans and what I call plastic cheese...that great bright orange cheese that was barely melted....you don't have to be a chef to bake a potato what the heck went wrong??? The sardines I am not sure how it was cooked we realized it was not grilled... maybe fried??? Ai...the smell... I am Portuguese Canadian I had this dish before. What ever it was, was sent back...the only thing we had was the wine. This disgusting meal was dreadful...for that I paid 39.95€ witch is very expensive for Portugal. I don't care if I have ocean view in Albufeira is the norm the ocean is there. If you want to get drunk that's the place for you...because the food...

This restaurant has SO MUCH potential, unfortunately it lacks all in departments. The owner behind the bar appeared nice enough. But the place needs a lick of paint and TLC. Menus are extremely dirty, faded you can hardly make out what is printed and tables look all dirty and stained like they need a good scrub. There is a dog in the restaurant who constantly barks (this may annoy some customers) - the waitresses here appear like they don’t care at all. We sat down and was waiting ages for someone to approach us, we had to approach the women and ask for a menu, she just rolled her eyes and waddled off in her flip flops (not a care in the world). So if that’s the staffs attitude, clearly gives off bad vibes. Cash only. They do not take care here, there is a ATM right beside this place but in the end we just got up and left.
