I’m from Holland and every year I visit Portugal with my family. For the past 3 years, I have been coming to Thai Kitchen consistently. The food has always been delicious and authentic. But this time, one staff member made our experience truly special and unforgettable.
There was a lady with glasses—possibly named Sustika (apologies if I mispronounced the name)—whose service was warm, respectful, and genuinely caring. What impressed me the most was how lovingly she treated the children—playing with them, keeping them happy, and creating a family-like atmosphere. It felt just like being cared for at home.
She was polite, very clean, and always served with a beautiful smile, which made the entire dining experience even more special.
We had Pad Thai, Massaman Curry, Spring Rolls, Money Bags, and Mango Sticky Rice—all the dishes were flavorful and full of authentic Thai taste.
Huge thanks to all the staff at Thai Kitchen, and a very special thank you to that amazing lady who made not only our visit but many others’ experiences unforgettable.
I will definitely return and highly recommend Thai Kitchen...
Read moreI’m writing this review while sitting here at the restaurant it’s my first time ever writing a review! The experience was so good I had to share. All the staff are friendly, but the lady staff wearing glasses named suwastika was especially amazing. She explained every dish patiently and recommended what to try. Her kindness and way of speaking made the whole experience even better. She also took great care of the kids, bringing them Chicken Nuggets, Noodles, and Chicken, which they really enjoyed. We tried: Massaman Curry Pad Thai Pineapple Fried Rice Everything was delicious and nicely presented. Big thanks to the lady with glasses her care and sweetness inspired me to write this review. She’s truly wonderful! Thanks also to the owner for great food and service. You can tell the staff are carefully chosen and well-trained. This is our first time here, but we plan to come every day for 7 days. I highly recommend this place to everyone the food and service are...
Read moreGreeted and seated by friendly enough staff. Expected fantastic food from this restaurant after spending many months in Thailand experiencing phenomenal food as they strongly claim to be “authentic”. Drinks arrived promptly. Spring rolls and satay skewers for starters, Spring rolls where lovely but chicken skewers where dry and hard. Beef Pad Thai and chicken masaman for main. Beef Pad Thai was pretty disappointing, not the quality of the food but isn’t the “authentic” taste that’s claimed, pretty bland. Masaman was nice, all the right flavours but potato’s a little over cooked. Overall it’s Very westernised which isnt bad but not “authentic” what is strongly claimed on reviews. Not a chilli flake or chilli oil in sight which isn’t normal for a authentic Thai restaurant. A little...
