Boteco.47 — Restaurant in Almada

We’ve been here in summer 2019 on vacation and got to find this little restaurant. So first of all, it’s in a really nice spot and all the waiters were super friendly, also the prices were more than fair. Now to the main part: I’m still dreaming about this restaurant until today! I have to say it is my favorite restaurant over the world and we’re planning to come back to Lisboa just for this one! The food was so delicious and had a huge variety each day. The dessert (Brigadeiros) is probably the best dessert I’ve ever had.

Hidden gem. A cosy place in Cacilhas with 16 seats inside and 30 outside. A place with Brazilian based inspiration, where you can find a nice Caipirinha and then some chef's dishes based in a mix of Portuguese traditional, such as sardines with coriander and Brazilian such as chicken hearts. Then the Chef Brazilian born and long time Portuguese, invents some curious dishes such as the one pictured below: espadarte fish (although the literal translation is sword fish it has nothing to do with it...) Wow! This place is truly amazing. My friends and I were recently out talking to a lovely man, who mentioned his son had a restaurant thankfully close to where we’re working for a while. This is the best food we’ve had in Lisbon. Our full meals and small dishes were affordable, and the house wine was lovely. The staff were great.
