I would not recommend this place There’s no burger in vegan and vegetarian burger (it is just filled out by vegetables) please vegan/vegetarian régime is not vegetables only Translation in the menu is terrible (English French and Spanish) it said tomate (Portuguese) and it becomes apple or pomme au four (potatoes). Basically you don’t know what you’re eating For classic burger they don’t ask you how you want your meat (well done, medium, rare…) Fries are too soft, not crispy enough. And don’t get the sweet potatoes chips it’s even worse Also don’t get the porta 35 except if you like having raspberry jam over your too we’ll done steak (not written in the menu) Finally it’s not burger...

A prontidão com que nos sentaram à mesa foi inversamente proporcional à restante experiência gastronómica. Começando pela morosidade com que fomos atendidos depois de sentados e consequentemente, chegada dos pedidos. Quatro hambúrgueres finalmente chegam mas sem as quatro doses de batatas pedidas pelas quais perguntamos de imediato e a resposta a resposta foi "já vêm" com a expressão facial "foram esquecidas". A demora das batatas continua ao ponto de os hambúrgueres de quase não haver hamburguer para o acompanhamento o que nos leva novamente a interpelar um dos colaboradores cujo a resposta foi "ainda não vieram?!". Finalmente chegam... Mas apenas 3 doses (batata doce) mas a batata com órgãos nem sinal. Falta de profissionalismo e de comunicação entre o serviço e cozinha foram claros. Assim como uma atenção e pedido desculpa eram aceites. Não posso deixar passar o culminar da má experiência no ato de pagamento é - me dito que houve um erro no Multibanco do @porta35 e volto a fazê-lo. O meu espanto está na verificação do extrato que nos foi cobrada a refeição duas vezes sem reposição até ao momento nem sequer qualquer resposta a uma mensagem em privado pelo Facebook. Desta forma, a qualidade da comida torna-se irrelevante perante a má experiência...
