Coral Sushi Concept — Restaurant in Cascais

Absolutely great sushi! The fish were fresh and delicious!

However, unfortunately, there was some unpleasant behaviours from the staff: we made a reservation for 14:30 and as we were still inside they started closing: the chef left, some lights were turned off and the music stopped. All really unpleasant behaviour for such a pricy restaurant.

If you are on a budget refrain from going here, since it is very very pricy. However, I would say that the price is worth it for the food, even if the service and etiquette of the staff is probably what you would expect from an below average...

My family and I had lunch at Coral sushi on the 30th of March. I asked the waiter to recommend a dish of raw tuna or salmon. Following his recommendation I took tuna tartar that was one of the most expensive items in the menu. I was terribly poisoned as it turned out that tuna was not fresh. Still recovering from this poisoning. Tuna tartar is one my favorites and I have never had any problem with it even in more democratic restaurants. It was a real bad surprise that such an expensive high-end restaurant specializing in raw fish can not guarantee freshness and causes...

Uma experiência memorável no Coral Sushi – Hotel Miragem

Hoje tive o prazer de jantar com meu marido no Coral Sushi, localizado no elegante Hotel Miragem, em Cascais. Desde o primeiro instante, fomos envolvidos por um ambiente sofisticado e acolhedor, perfeito para uma noite especial.

Pedimos o Combinado de 36 peças, que chegou à mesa como uma verdadeira obra de arte — frescor absoluto e equilíbrio impecável de sabores. Também experimentamos o Tempura de Camarão, leve e crocante, além de um prato surpreendente de Barriga de Porco Crocante Spicy servido com Pão Bao, que uniu texturas e sabores de forma magistral.

Para complementar, provamos um Taco de camarão e um Ceviche de Peixe Branco com Batata-Doce. Ambos foram um espetáculo à parte, harmonizando acidez, doçura e crocância na medida certa.

Fechamos a noite com uma sobremesa que encantou: o Creme de Yuzu com Crumble de Amendoim — delicado, perfumado e inesquecível.

O atendimento foi primoroso, atento a cada detalhe, e o ambiente contribuiu para tornar a experiência ainda mais especial.

Sem dúvida, o melhor restaurante japonês de Cascais....
