I ordered for my son and I from uber eats. I should have taken photos of the food ahead of eating. Portions of "tempora" shrimp (6) used very small shrimp and the picture on the website looks much bigger. .Are these frozen shrimp.from a package? (Almost 10E!) Did not matter that they were small as the batter was soggy and shrimp had no flavor. Chicken that looked like "fried" chicken in the photo was very small portion with no flavor. Probably my least favorite was the "tofu" veggie ramen. The 2 thin slices of tofu tasted like cardboard. Ramen is said to be homemade which I would very much appreciate but, I have had homeade noodles in Lisbon and these tasted very starchy.. Sorry to be so very harsh on this restauarant, I RARELY order from a place I have not been to but, I feel I wasted my 33 E (3.90 was delivery fee.) on flavorless food. Guys, I do suggest to taste your food and see what it is like! I imagine the food costs for this meal were very low, as well. (Of course, every restaurant needs to be profitable but, I am super...

This review is from a user who has been in Japan several times:

What a letdown!

If we were only sampling the ramen, I would rate this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars.

Service was quite anonymous. They never asked us once on how we liked the food.

The broth in my pork belly ramen was bland. My wife's tantan ramen had a nice and flavorful broth.

Big portions.

The rest of the meal was a disappointment.

The shrimp tempura was soggy and spongy. My poor kids tonkatsu was dry, so we had to go to a burger restaurant afterwards to make it up to them.

If you want to give this restaurant a chance. Go for the ramen....

The place is cheaply decorated, the tables are tiny and the wall murals look like they’ve been done by someone on an acid trip. The Ramen broth is way too oily and has no depth or complexity to the flavour. The Tonkatsu was dry and hard. The service hovered between uncaring and clueless. To call it a disappointment would be an overstatement. Another tourist trap in central Cascais where they don’t care about the quality of what they serve because tourists are not repeat customers. Do yourself a favour and go...

This is a really cute place. The art is amazing and I love the Ramen cat. We were drawn here and it wasn’t bad. We started with the yakitori. Delicious!!! Highly recommend. We both got Ramen. I got the tonkatsu miso ramen and he got chicken ramen. The noodles were amazing and house made. The eggs were cooked well. But both broths were on the sweet side. We weren’t as impressed with the broth, which is my favorite part. Not a bad place to visit.

Actually very legit ramen, what a pleasant surprise to find a ramen spot. I ordered the tonkatsu porco along with the karaage and they were sublime. The pork was nice thick and tender. The broth was homemade and perfectly seasoned and the noodles tasted like daily fresh pulled noodles. The female server was very attentive and patient. Would love to eat here again if I ever get a chance to visit caiscais again.
