Sun and Drink Lounge — Restaurant in Cascais

I had a terrible experience on this place for sure to never go back! I went with my husband and we ordered a sangria, then my husband decided to use the toilet, while I was waiting for him the waitress came and asked if I wanted to order anything (while was holding the menu), promptly I told him that I was waiting for my husband.

When my husband came back we were discussing the menu and the same waitress came and asked if I needed the menu once again I told him to wait.

For the third time they came and asked if we were ready to order at that time I said I will call you when Im ready.

They were so hurrying us to order but to take the dirty plate I had to call them a d handle.

So far was a bad experience but not enough to give them a 1 star.

Near their closing time they started to close to he umbrellas and it became a very unpleasant situation as the s he. Was hitting my face, I decided to ask for the bill and leave the place (taking my drink on my own cup) yes if its to Have the sun on me rather go directly to the beach, for sure won't go back...

We stopped here for a fresh juice on our way from Cascais to Estoril, it was clean & tidy with good juice 2 for €10, on our way back we stopped for some lunch. I had a cheese & Tomato toastie it was so had it was like trying to bit a piece of wood, the cheese and ham was barely noticeable, fries were tasteless, we also asked for a mixed salad, enquired first what it consisted of. Sounded good. It arrived on a bowl that was too small for the amount of leaves, no dressing just a large bowl of leaves. When we asked for dressing the waiter pointed to sachets of vinegar & oil. It was bland and boring, I ordered coffee to try help me swallow the woody sandwich, it to was extremely bad. All this and a bottle of water €27. A total rip off for bad quality food. Avoid at...

Great beach lounge to have a drink or bite! Friendly staff, who even take the time to teach you some Portuguese (if you want to), fast service. The food is super, there is very much choice between different kinds of food, al pretty affordable too! The most outstanding feature of this lounge is off course the location, directly situated on the promenade with a view over the sea :)! You can choose to either sit in the sun or the schades, there are also places inside and outside.
