Rudest staff i have ever seen in Portugal. Never stepping there again. The place had only one table seated. I moved two tables together myself to accommodate my family with two kids. When i came to order and asked "do you speak English?" the person at the counter pretended not to speak english and proceeded rapidly speaking Portuguese. When i said i don't understand what he is saying he told me irritably in perfect English that I was not allowed to move the tables myself and had to ask his permission. I have enough tantrums from my kids not to suffer another one from a random guy. Now all the one star reviews of this place make perfect...

Visited Ragu fresh pasta with high hopes for a quick pasta meal but left disappointed due to long wait times. Despite its fast-food setup, we waited over 45 minutes from seating to eating, which seemed excessive even during a busy period. While the pasta was absolutely fresh, the service or quality did not compensate for the inconvenience, especially for our group of eight (including 4 kids). Also, the use of disposable utensils and containers contributed to an overwhelming amount of waste (understandable for take-away, not when eating-in). this place is a hidden gem in coimbra in my opinion the prices are VERY affordable and u get an ample choice of what type of pasta, sauce and extras to order i asked for a spaghetti with carbonara and extra bacon and besides the carbonara sauce had been made with egg and pecorino (which is much appreciated), whoever cooked for me put a LOOOOT of bacon 😎 in my personal opinion the sauce was a little too watery and i would have prefered it quite more thick but it tasted good and for the price i dont think i can complain much this little space has a "hip" and minimalist vibe and it looks...
