Best vegan food in Coimbra! We had the Frida and Felinni and both were amazing. Plus coffee with vegan milk for only 80 cents - can't beat that! The staff were kind and attentive to detail. We asked for the food to be extra spicy and they told us they used all of the hot sauce to prepare our food. 10/10 for the service. They even cut the burritos in half and packed it perfectly so we could take it to go and enjoy later. We ate half outside and the rest later at the park. Amazing vegan mexican food. For starters we had the nachos (yum! How do they create that delicious vegan mince?!), and the mushroom quesadilla (it was nice but out of everything we could have given that one up). Then for mains we had the frida burrito (more classic and very very good) and the special of the month which was a saiten burrito with coleslaw (wow, should stay on the menu as a regular!). One of the very few vegan restaurants in Coimbra. A cozy little place serving interpretations of Mexican dishes, such as burritos – as the name suggests – quesadillas and nachos. On weekdays they have a special promo combo for students for 6.50€ (I believe) which includes a choice of burrito, tortilla chips and a drink. My bf and I ordered the Precious Nelson (hot) and Arco-íris (cold) burritos, which were fresh and satisfying but missing some spices in our opinion.
