First a few plusses: the mango sago dessert was enjoyable. The interior was set up really nice and a lot of Japanese themed stuff & anime. The service was quick, but they never asked us how the food was. So I try to give my feedback with this review, because the food was really dissapointing. We ordered a few items from the menu. The skewers: the lamb was just okay, but the beef way too overcooked and dry. The flavor/marinade was fine. Takoyaki nothing special compared to the ones we tried at other places (outside Portugal :)). But the ramen was super dissapointing; the broth lacked depth and taste. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but lacked a lot of taste, since it was marinated. The pork was burned, which made it taste bitter. The texture of the noodles was too thick. The added vegetables were cold and lacked flavor. Also I don't know why they added fresh cut onions? I thought it was uncommon to do so and it did not add anything to the dish. I honestly hope that in the future they would try to improve the broth and take special care of all the different elements that could make a really good ramen. But would not...

It is a beautiful place with the best bubble tea, and the decor is amazing—I love it! However, I have to take off 2 stars for two reasons:

First, as other reviews mentioned, the manager’s behavior was almost rude. From the moment I entered, he didn’t greet me. He was pacing back and forth in the restaurant, constantly clicking a pen in his hand, which was so annoying that I had to finish my meal quickly and leave. His service felt forced, and his tone was very rude—I didn’t like it at all.

Second, I tried the ramen for the first time, and while it may just be my experience, the beef seemed burnt and the flavors were a bit bland—I couldn’t finish it. I’ll have to try other ramen dishes to be sure.

Overall, it’s a nice place. The other dishes I ordered were good, and the lady there was very nice and smiley. I might return, hoping for a change in the...

A Ramen restaurant that should serve as example to many others alike!

The highest point, the atmosphere! Everything is on point, lots of Japanese pop culture references and collectible statues for the fans to check out. They also have some mangas.

Regarding the food, everything was good. On the Algarve region, it is undoubtedly one of the best taste and price wise. The drinks, superb!

The service is good, the waiters are kind but some inexperience is noticable, like forgetting basic stuff or simply forgetting when we ask them for additional things like a glass.

Overall, I cannot recommend it enough,...

The Ramen was the worst one I have ever tried , just a bad taste noddle soup, low quality it’s more commercial than an original recipe. Yakisoba is something like a Chinese fried noddle with the taste of Indian food (Curry) . The ambient was great, design, and images. All in all the food was really bad quality but the staff and rest was great. I don’t recommend this place for real Japanese food , maybe good for drinking bubble tea. At last it took a lot to serve us the food

Super cute decoration and details. Food not so great. We ordered: vegetarian gyozas (could be more cooked), “Japanese salad” for 4,90€ (super unripe avocados, some leaves, white tomatoes - it was not Japanese at all), pork and duck baos (very dry, needed more sauce), and matcha motchi (1 for 4,90€). Very expensive for not so good food. It’s a shame. They need to step up on the quality, quicker service and sympathy.
