Very Portuguese. full of locals . Fabulous. We wanted somewhere to eat that was off the tourist track. This place we found in the faro market. Looks nothing from the outside but it was full of locals and not one tourist in site (except us!). House wine is great. €3.50/ glass... not the cheapest but very nice. They have an. English menu which was good for us. Olives and bread and sardine paste and butter was really good..esp the olives. Food was good... nothing particularly special but it was good. Outside seating too but we ate inside as it was a touch too cold outside. Recommend it for the 'local ' experience...

We initially felt a bit lost as the waiter passed by us several times before finally assigning us a table. It's worth noting that the restaurant wasn't very busy at that point, as the typical lunch hour had passed. If you don't speak Portuguese, deciphering the handwritten menu can be a challenge. Unfortunately, the food didn't align with our tastes. My boyfriend, who isn't picky, also found it less appealing.

Lovely Portuguese reataurant for food. Fresh cheese they brought as a starter was delicious🥰 We had some Veal, Portuguese Steak and some soup of the day- all of it was delicious! Sangria, best in town, and within the 6 days of staying we tried somewhere different every time. Prices, very reasonable and portions very decent compared to town centre. Will be back again and highly recommend!

Went yesterday, everything was fine, lunch was great. Today I sit down to order, twenty minutes go by with an empty restaurant at 12.10. No one came to my table even though they were prepping tables. Got fed up and went inside, asked what was wrong, can I get service, and one of the staff told me and I quote "nao quer esperar vá-se embora." what's worse is that I'm a regular and I know the guy. Unbelievable, not going again, and even though the food is great the service...
