Disappointing Experience atI recently visited ice cream shop. While exploring the tourist area of Faro. Although the shop boasts a lovely selection of ice cream flavors, my experience was marred by the unfriendly behavior of the staff.Upon entering the shop, I encountered a language barrier with the older staff member who did not speak English. Despite my efforts to communicate my order for two separate ice creams, the misunderstanding led to frustration on both sides. The staff member became visibly agitated and even resorted to swearing in Portuguese.Fortunately, a younger staff member intervened and assisted me in English. However, their response that visitors should speak Portuguese in Portugal was disappointing and lacked understanding of the diverse clientele they serve.Ultimately, while the quality of the ice cream was satisfactory, the hostile atmosphere created by the staff overshadowed the experience. As a tourist in the area, I expected more hospitality and understanding. I hope that manager will work on improving their customer service to better accommodate international visitors...

My husband was ready to order and said “can I get one of this please” only for the man serving to reply with ultimate rudeness almost shouting” You already tried one and she tried one”. Although there is nothing wrong at all in trying a few flavors at an ice cream place but He didn’t even care to understand that we want to make an order!!! The girl at the cashier was gasping so annoyingly when she saw more customer are coming in the evening too! We were really upset and said nothing but felt really relieved when we read all the negative reviews after we left. Ice cream was ok ,not good not bad. Save your money and dignity and go enjoy your desert...

There was a bit left of my favourite flavour, coffee, and as I was bargaining with waiter supervisor shouted from background that they dont sell half a scoop. Went to pay for it and payed for 2 scoops. As I came back to order, the supervisor has deliberately taken out the flavour I wanted. That was enough for me to loose appetite. Someone that is supossed allow me to have it as an exception deliberately goes out of her way to make costumer experience bad... That's what happens when you give a little bit of power to someone who is willing to abuse it. I ended up asking for my money back. Than she tried to convince me I was better of as I was payin for one and only...
