Dreadful!! Terrible service, terrible pizza and terrible prices for what you get!! Pizza was ordered was not what I got, no chicken, no corn and plenty of soggy dough, the pizza was swimming in “liquid” not sure what that was, it was smothered in onions to disguise that there was no corn or chicken, the base was swimming in some weird liquid and it was raw! I can’t even blame it on being a frozen pizza badly cooked because it was worse than that! My wife had pasta and I do t think they drained the water that it was cooked in, if it even was cooked! Microwaved maybe 🤷‍♂️ Worst experience ever! The waitress asked if I didn’t enjoy it and just shrugged her shoulders when I said no! 🤦‍♂️ If you want some good food in Madeira then stay away from this place!

So the reply I received is below but obviously you did not understand! I did not order a pizza with chicken and onion, I ordered a pizza with Chicken, ham and corn and what I got was ham and onion! It was the worst pizza EVER. I ate some of the pizza because i did not want to be rude! I did not finish the pizza and when I was asked by the waitress if I liked it I said “No” and she just shrugged her shoulders, I also ordered a beer and when it arrived it was slammed down on the table! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE ITS THE PLAGUE! Oh and get a new staff or you will have no customers!!

We discovered this Italian restaurant on the 3rd day of our 11-day vacation and ended up coming back every single day until we had to leave! In total, we ate here 7 times, and each visit was just as great as the last. I have a tomato allergy and always ordered my pizza without tomato sauce, which was never a problem – they handled it perfectly every time. My girlfriend tried something different each visit; pizza, spaghetti carbonara, risotto and everything was absolutely delicious. The desserts were also amazing and definitely worth trying. The wine was also great; they offer some Italian choices as well as a large selection of local wines. Aweful service and overcharged me ! Avoid the place, and if you have to, then pay attention to your bill! ,they got the order wrong, instead of bringing pizza and pasta, they brought 2 pizzas. And then they brought pasta pomodoro instead of arrabiata. Asking for bottled water instead of filtered, said yes and then brought warm filtered water. No cutlery in the table until I had to ask!
