We were so lucky to find this place over Christmas 2020 - we didn't know if it would be open because of covid or not, but were able to eat there most nights we called in.The food is wonderful.
Every day the maitre d suggested fantastic food and wine and I couldn't rate the restaurant higher. The quality of food and skill of cooking was really exceptional, and the service from the manager was next to none.

Okay guys, in this place check the bill thoroughly before you pay! Giving 3 stars because of hidden chargers which aren’t written nowhere. we ordered two brownies which in the menu said 1,50€. The brownies came with a bowl of ice cream which we didn’t ordered, and then the bill came of 8€. When we asked for the explanation they said the ice cream had an extra charge of 2,50€. This was nowhere written in the menu, theres no icecream for purchase in the menu. So they invented the prices as they wanted. the waiter just said sorry but either refund the extra charge...

Fiquei muito desapontado com a minha recente visita ao Naval Beach Club na Madeira. À entrada, foi-nos dito que o preço era 55 € por pessoa, o que pareceu estranhamente elevado. Quando pedimos esclarecimentos e para ver a tabela oficial de preços, os funcionários recusaram-se a mostrar qualquer informação.
Mais tarde, descobrimos através de fontes fiáveis que o valor real da entrada diária para não sócios é anunciado como cerca de 10 € por pessoa, o que me faz sentir que fomos enganados e cobrados em excesso.
O que tornou a experiência ainda pior foi a completa falta de respeito demonstrada para connosco como clientes. O respeito é dito ser um dos pilares do código moral do clube, no entanto, certamente não foi cumprido na nossa interação.
