We came in for a light bite and a cocktail after a stroll down the coastline. After seeing the menu we couldn't resist the ceviche. After the first, we had to order it again; it was delicious, it had such a rich taste. It was made with the fish of the day served with red onion, crispy corn, cherry tomato, red pepper and very unique, but a good combo, was the purple potato. After this dish we had the pistachio white chocolate petit gateau with lime mousse on top, passion fruit curd next to it and some fresh blueberry, blackberry and rasberry. Again, beautiful combination of ingredients and a very rich flavour. Next to it we had the classic margarita, strawberry daiquiri and the espresso martini. Also well made cocktails. The staff is perfect; outstanding in their friendlyness. We definitely recommend stopping by at this restaurant!

I visited with my family. The staff very friendly and they were real nice to my 1 year old, accommodating to her needs. They also advised us to limit our order as we were ordering with very hungry bellies. We truly appreciated it. The recommended wine was delicious. However, the food was alright. Not very special and the fish of the day was a great disappointment. It was very dry and I personally did not enjoy it being a big seafood lover, appreciating fresh fish, and given that i love fishing and cooking my own catches. I notified the restaurant host and he confirmed that while cutting it he did indeed feel it dry. Nonetheless, he did serve it to us and charged for it fully. I would not recommend this place if you appreciate seafood like I do.

Nous sommes restés un mois sur Porches, nous avons donc testé l'Aqua Resto pour différentes occasions. Digitale Nomade, j'ai même travaillé en journée quelque fois dans ce lieu si inspirant... Ma créativité s'en est trouvée propulsée et clairement animée de passion ! Aussi, que ce soit pour un Yoga/Petit déjeuner, un déjeuner, un diner, une pause goûter, a Tea time, un apéro ou un instant détox. A chaque fois, c'est...juste...incroyablement parfait... Une équipe exceptionnelle, rayonnante de gentillesse. Dans un décor splendide et véritablement paradisiaque. Le tout, délicieusement surprenant et franchement original. Nous avons adoré les soirées à thème et les surprises ! La bienveillance et la magie règnent en maitre dans ce restaurant aux vibrations intemporelles. Cette parenthèse hors du temps est un incontournable pour vivre une expérience profondément nourrissante...tant pour les papilles, que pour le coeur ! Merci pour tout, vous nous manquez déjà ! September visit and this was less busy and crowded than in peak season. Restaurant has a cosy, private atmosphere. So close to the beach. Good selection of seafood and fresh catches available. More fine dining vibe. Beautiful presentation and well cooked dishes. The squid was incredible and cooked with ink, juicy and flavourful. Grilled octopus was incredible.
