To therefore fall into the family run business that is Elliott's was a pleasant surprise especially given its proximity to Centro. Chicken strips were gorgeous and the batter was probably the most light and crispy I've ever had. The flaked salt cod in cheese sauce was amazing and so tasty, the seasoning was perfect. Lastly the chocolate brownie with orange sorbet was delicious! My wife had prawns to start, then salmon with rice and a crème brulé to finish and my daughter had squid for starter, pork escalope (schnitzel) with fries and crème brulé. All of it was superb. The menu and food experience was comforting yet still a high class meal and service! My absolute favourite were the coconut prawns with pineapple and chilli dipping sauce! so so delicious!
