Average ice creams but appalling service from one of the staff. I had ordered in Portuguese being luso descendant but one of the employees serving us decided to respond back at me in English after a condescending chatter with her colleague and a despising look at me while serving. I may not look Portuguese but even if I wasn’t, any effort at speaking a local language with a vendor shouldn’t be met with disdain. We were shocked at the disrespect exhibited by this member of staff and won’t return buy any ice cream there. If you like some ice creme, a fresh waffle or crepe this surely is a good place to stop by. The service is friendly and the variations many, any direction your sweet tooth prefers is probably on the menu. TripAdvisor lists this spot as #1 for desserts (April 2017), it is even on the top 10 restaurants in carvoireo front page. But I prefer waffle dough a tad fluffier and sweeter, and the only "salty" option, a crepe with ham and cheese, did absolutely not suite my taste buds (two worlds that didn't match). The menu had plenty of tasty options and all at very reasonable prices.

The service was friendly and quick, and the staff helped us out a bit when trying to pay cash as we had to take a bit of time figuring out the right coins for them!

We ordered a Waffle and a Crepe, each with Nutella and these were absolutely delicious. They were freshly made, hot, and each had the perfect amount of Nutella. We just wished we had been able to come back more!
