During my recent visit to Nigeria, I had the pleasure of discovering Pearl Food Trailer, and I can confidently say it was my favorite dining experience in the entire country. Tucked away like a hidden treasure, this food trailer completely blew me away with its amazing flavors, welcoming vibe, and top-notch service.

From the very first bite, I was hooked. The menu is full of delicious, freshly made options, with a perfect balance of traditional Nigerian flavors and creative twists. I tried the suya wraps, jollof rice with grilled chicken, and a side of fried plantains — everything was absolutely packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The spices were bold but balanced, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and handled with care.

What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Even though it's a food trailer, Pearl delivers the kind of warmth and energy you'd expect from a full restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like a local, not just a tourist. They took time to explain dishes, ask how I liked the food, and genuinely cared about my experience.

If you're visiting Nigeria — especially if you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering street food with a touch of excellence — Pearl Food Trailer is an absolute must. I only wish I had discovered it sooner so I could’ve eaten there more often. This place is unforgettable. Thank you, Pearl, for making my trip even...

Stumbled upon this precious little gem tucked away at the back of the marina, and what a delightful find it was! The menu is compact but perfectly formed, featuring fresh oysters, cheese and meat boards, and some chorizo, all complemented by a thoughtful selection of drinks. The prices are very reasonable, which is a pleasant surprise given the quality on offer.

Service was nothing short of excellent—attentive and friendly, making our casual lunch feel like a special treat. The place is also wonderfully dog-friendly, with our furry friend welcomed warmly and even provided with fresh water.

Perfect for a laid-back lunch, this spot combines great food, superb service, and a relaxed marina backdrop. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a casual bite in a charming...

I wish I loved this as much as everyone else seems to, but it was just okay for us.

To be fair, I'm not a huge fan of 'food trucks,' but they have a sweet little spot in the marina, and it really is an excellent value. 13€ for 6 oysters, and 23€ for 6 oysters and a bottle of wine. They have other items, like prawns and cheese platters, as well. All look beautiful.

On this day, the oysters were super briney, and the minionette that accompanied tasted equally salty. It just wasn't pleasant, although the oysters were fresh.

Service wasn't extremely warm, but was friendly enough, and I guarantee that most will appreciate this spot. We would return for something else on the menu, and...

This was probably one of my favorite meals in Portugal. We came here on New Year's Day and had to wait quite a bit for an open table but it was well worth it. The oysters were fresh and delicious, the prawns juicy and sweet, the mixed cheese platter and chorizo delightful, and the bottle of wine a fantastic complement to the food we devoured. Plus, being by the water on a beautiful sunny day ushering in the new year was perfect. The price is also very reasonable. If we are ever back in Portugal, this would be a place I'd want to visit again. Obrigada!

On the marina side, just before the bridge across... Away from the hustle and bustle of the marina and also of Lagos, but with a river sea view! Relaxed, great music, attentive and quick service, best oysters we have had in the region! Menu 1 offers a glass of great wine and 3 oysters with a mignonette for €9, an absolute bargain! The prawns are amazing as well, served with a wasabi may to die for and crispy bread for €12... This place is a gem!!! We traveled all the way back from faro just to taste in once more

Very nice place with delicious oysters. We also asked for shrimps and a mixed platter of cheeses, ham and chorizo. We liked everything except the chorizo. It was a bit rough and we've tasted batter ones. But everything else was very delicious, super fresh and the service was excellent. We spent a bit more because we were celebrating my birthday and asked for more sparkling wine and more oysters
