Terrible customer service.

Ordered the Roasted Red Bell pepper hummus toast, and the toast arrived with regular hummus. When asking the waiter if this was the correct dish because it was not roasted red bell pepper hummus, he said ‘well, since the Britts started coming, we stopped serving it because they liked the normal one more’ Yet the menu still says ‘roasted red bell pepper’ So the waiter agrees the menu has an error, and takes the plate back.

Soon after, the manager appears with the plate in the hand saying (in a very confronting and aggressive manner) ‘what’s the problem here? Because this is hummus? It’s the right thing? So what’s the problem?’

To which my mom, who is a chef replies, ‘this is regular hummus and not what I ordered, it should be red in color if it’s red bell pepper and should taste like it’

And the manager attacks back saying ‘it’s got some orange color, isn’t that fine?’ And continues to attack and defend his falsely advertised dish.

What ever happened to the customer is right especially when they are actually right?

Update your menu and take a course on people skills and engagement. So disrespectful and rude and It’s so disappointing considering the food was...

Located in the charming Lagos Marina, The Artesão was my favorite option around many-sided. They offer a delightful blend of lovely cocktails and some very impressive dishes. We visited this place a few times during the evening and couldn't resist but try their brunch, which was also impressive.

Highlights: Sangria: Very refreshing and fruit-infused cocktail, it was a perfect companion for the sunny days by the marina.

Seviche: Bursting with freshness, the Seviche was a zesty explosion of flavors.

Salad Tataki: If you love fresh tuna as I do, you must try this.

Lombo com Polenta Frita: The succulent Lombo combined with the crispy and golden Polenta Frita satisfied the taste of my picky girlfriend.

The attentive and friendly staff made us feel truly welcomed on every visit, adding to the overall enjoyment.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing evening by the marina or a delightful brunch with friends, I highly recommend The Artesão. Their impressive food, lovely cocktails, and top-notch service create an experience that lingers long...

We already have been here in Winter and had the best Sangria. Now in summer we wanted to go again. Unfortunately first we got a very almost cristal clear REDWINE Sangria and told the waiter. He took it with him and brought it back in a few secs in rather pinkish colour. He told us its a new one they had already on the way. We saw how the bartender just put some Red Syrup in the one we sent back. We Tasten the Sangria the waiter lied about and in fact it Tasted like water (coming from a person that barely drinks and knows even when a little alcohol is involved.) We sent the Sangria back again and were already so disappointed that we wanted to leave but the waiter told us we had to pay anyway cuz one glass was filled??? How are we supposed to taste it otherwise. Anyway, we told them to Remake it with Red wine again. It came, it was a little better, but had nothing to do with Sangria. Very disappointed ab the lying and the Service as well as the Servev Product. On top of that we had to pay it. Never been so mad...

Totally average. It seems like this place is popular for brunch and maybe we should have aimed for that. Unfortunately, we arrived at 11:45 and were told it ends at 12pm. Weird that "brunch" ends at noon here. That's actually breakfast. Also, we couldn't order from the lunch menu until exactly 12pm. Weird, but okay. By the time we would have decided and ordered, it would have been like 11:55am. Service was average. Patio is okay. Food was average. Coffee was good. I went for the vegan burger, deciding to forgo my hesitations about fake-meat-style vegan burgers. It was exactly I expected: not great. I much prefer a homemade bean or tofu patty, not prefrozen faux meat. The vegan cheese was okay. But the bun was much too hard and dense. With all the gooey toppings, everything just squished out everywhere. I ended up having to eat it in pieces with a knife and fork. Tuna tataki & quinoa was also okay, but nothing special.

Nice view, lovely food, very modern and clean, gluten free options, also cheap! I got a steak sandwich in a different style bun.. no complaints! Bun was very nice sort of like a crispy outside but a pancakey middle, fries wasn’t too crispy which is good, fluffy on the inside and paired with the garlic mayo (that comes with the meal) was incredible, 10/10! My girlfriend got a gluten free chicken wrap with bacon, cheese, cherry tom and carrot.. she said it’s the best meal she’s had in Portugal! (we’ve been here over a month) she is a celiac so, SOME OF THE MENU is gluten free and safe for sure! For drinks we got a home made mint lemonade, big glass and refreshing, lovely place!
