4s Hamburger House (Almeida) — Restaurant in Lisbon

What an absolute disgrace! Ordered food from this place and was shocked by finding a small and sharp piece of metal on one of my fries..(see the photo).. This was small enough for me to swallow and could have resulted in me having serious internal damage as it is very sharp. Upon reaching out to Bolt customer support, they denied me full refund and would only pay back 1,9€. What a joke! This is absolute last time i order from here as they refused to be accountable to the mistake they had made, which could have caused serious damage to my internal organs. Im telling everyone i know to never order...

BEST BURGER I HAD IN A WHILE ! From the bun to the meat and the sauce . My mouth was delighted when I took my first bite. I wasn’t expecting it to be sooo good. But it was . Plain and simple excellent taste. Super fair prices too

Also very special thanks to my brother Emon ! that served me. Super nice guy , made me feel very comfortable and welcome . Give that man a raise. He rounded up the whole experience.

Definetely gonna come back and try more of their burgers....

For me One of the worse recommended from mate. I went to collect my order so i talk with the Asian guy but his way of talking is very annoyed and arrogant. Most probably doesn’t know manner and behaviour also customer service. I don’t recommend people like high temper because you can’t tolerate and end up with fight. Food is not that same as they says or see in the photos it’s typically cheating with customer mind. Never go...
