I had to find a hotel at short notice which is quite central and I'm happy to confirm I found the Alif Hotel - it met all my expectations.||||The staff were helpful (I had to get some printing done and also asked where they would suggest to eat) - on both occassions the staff were helpful with their time and their advice.||||The room was clean and modern. I would suggest the room may have been refurbished recently as it was spacious, modern, clean and most of all, very comfortable.||||There was a little noise during the day on the floor above me, which I could hear (sounded like some furniture being moved about), however I add I was not inconvenienced in any way by this minor noise.||||The hotel is close to a shopping mall which had many options for food and a supermarket and also cinema.||||Most of all - the price was very affordable, especially given the location and quality of the room.||||I have no hesitation in recommending the Alif Hotel - it met all my expectations...

This hotel is perfect for business visits and for tourism if you want to be a little far to the crazy old city. The commute from this place is perfect, you can walk to the metro station, buses and even at 9 minutes walking is Entrecampos metro station to take the metro to visit Sintra. The hotel is clean and very well cared for. You can book a room with a buffet breakfast or you can purchase the breakfast for 11 Euros (in June 2025). The breakfast has a variety of products and amazing choices for fruit was my favorite part. There is a place for an event in the Campo Pequeño park where we enjoy concerts with local artists for free and enjoy a delicious local beef. At night we close the windows and enjoy the room with air conditioning and sleep. The pillows need to be changed because they are a little uncomfortable but in general it's a very good hotel for the price. The staff is...

A reasonably priced hotel opposite the Sagres Campo Pequeno arena. Ideal if you're heading to an event there. Hotel doesn't grab your attention from outside, small access door. Lobby and reception look a little dated in reddish brown marble but the other communal areas and the rooms themselves are brighter and modern; clean and well appointed. View at rear of hotel is not pleasant - a semi-derelict apartment block. Car parking available under the hotel (extra charge) but access is pretty awful, not suitable for larger vehicles. Breakfast buffet pretty good on the whole, wide selection; watered down fruit juice and supermarket-bought cakes though. On the whole an average city centre hotel, larger than average rooms for Lisbon. Note: absolutely nothing of interest in the vicinity other...

Be aware that construction is going on in the hotel. From about 10 until 7 you will hear jack hammers. It does not matter what floor you are on. The staff did tell me that during busy summer months it will stop. If this is a concern for you, contact the hotel for details. We were in a remodeled room. It was very minimalist. The room was plain and small but was clean and had good linens. The was no hot pot to make coffee or tea, however there was a small fridge. I would rather have a hotpot or better yet a coffee maker. The hotel had 2 small elevators which tend to get backed up in the morning. Breakfast was good. We had good service from a security guard who helped us get hot water for tea and also the lady in the breakfast room was helpful.

I’m satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms is quite nice. I was also satisfied with the breakfasts, which were a great value for a given price. It was in a form of a buffet, with quite a few options, as cereal, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, many options of bread and drinks and more. The service was quite nice, depending the person. The things they could do something about is the main entrance to the hotel, which is very narrow and the elevators, which don’t work in an optimal way.
