Excellent Stay at Hotel Canada, Lisbon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Canada in Lisbon, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home, always ready to assist with a smile.

I booked this hotel for my son last week, he was terribly sick and we spent almost all of our savings trying to treat him. Going to Lisbon has always been his wish, and I want to do it for him before his birthday. However, due to the strike, our flight was canceled and we were not able to stay at this hotel. 200€ is my monthly income, and I have to do a lot of laundry to make enough money for this trip. My husband asked if the hotel could cancel this reservation or change the check-in time. Unfortunately the hotel asked us to pay an extra 150€ to change the date which we could no longer afford. Even so, in order to cheer me up, my husband borrowed money and tried to change the time with the hotel. I am very disappointed in the indifference of the hotel and I feel so sorry for my son.
