Farmácia Palma — Local services in Lisbon

Super rude staff today. I have been there multiple times and it is usually ok (not the best customer service fore sure but alright). Today was the worst. I was there with my sister with a DIGITALLY SIGNED prescription from the psychiatrist, sent exactly 4 days ago after the medical appointment, and the pharmacist refused to accept the prescription insinuating it was not valid and could be falsified and used multiples times (again, it was emitted 4 days ago) and never even looked at the doctor’s signature or tried to scan the codes (just said it wouldn’t work but never tried). We explained we have bought with the same type of prescription in previous months, at the same pharmacy, and she still refused to listen and refused to sell the medicine. Terrible staff! I wanted psyllium husks, but they didn't understand. I told them what it was and what it was used for. They responded like "This item not in Portugal" or something. After I mentioned about its use with diarrhea/constipation, they said something like "You want head medicine or nose medicine, no diarrhea!".

I got it easily at Farmácia Duque de Ávila which was close by (check my review). So the product is clearly available in Portugal.

I'm not sure if the incompetent staff even tried understanding what I was asking for. Anyways, they were able to fetch me an overpriced lip balm, so I'm giving 2 stars for them...
