Small basic hotel, does the job without much fanfare. Nice, clean and spacious lobby, room and bathroom. Clean minimalist bedroom. No tissue boxes, coffee, tea, water, clock, iron or ironing board in the room. No USB outlets or bedside elect outlets above the bedside night table. Was offered a room on the second floor (first floor in Europe) when registering. Asked for an upper floor and was told the room offered has balcony and upper floors rooms do not have one. So accepted it only to realise couple of nights later that some upper floor rooms also have balconies. Perhaps the receptionist could not express himself properly in English. Bathroom door bottom warped due to water damage. The desk had blotches. Room Balcony rails not cleaned. There are eleven wall switches plus four lamp switches in the room. Some lights do not immediately light up when switched on. In four nights and five days never figured out which switch worked which lights. No drapes to cut out the daylight in the room but there’s a shutter outside the window; took me a day to realise two bedside switches were to open and close the shutter. Good buffet breakfast; not always included in...

Over delivered on expectations. ||Fantastic location - 2 min walk to the Metro (Saldana on the Red and Yellow Lines). Bottom line, it’s 5-10 mins and you’re in any of the main hotspots of Lisbon. Large supermarket within 2 min walk of the hotel for everything you’ve forgotten to bring. ||Rooms - Incredible. Clean, very spacious and beds / linen to die for. Asleep the minute the head hit the pillow!! We were on 4th floor in a beautiful spacious corner room (Rm404) with a sofa area and a wrap around balcony to view the local area.||Breakfast - looked decent and plentiful but we chose to eat out al fresco at the various local breakfast / coffee shops all within 5 min walk of the hotel ||Other - WiFi great, reception staff and Hotel GM very welcoming, warm and accommodating, Foyer in reception with plenty of comfy sofas to rest/relax. ||Would definitely visit again -...

Excellent stay in Lisbon. Chose this hotel for a 2-week business trip after doing a ton of research. Must haves included a large desk for work, cleanness, good location and a price that wouldn’t break the bank despite August, peak season. I found all of that in Olissippo. Note that there is no pool, gym that may important to you, but were not in my wish list at all. Front desk would print my business documents promptly and have them organized whenever I would need them no matter the hours!

Internet was rock solid in room 309, which was a nice surprise. Finally, employees were always helpful with a smile on their face. Breakfast was simple but fresh and the selection had everything I wanted on top of the beautiful smile of Catarina and her teammates. As a business owner I am always pleased and appreciative to find a business well run. Keep the great work,...

Would I book this hotel again? Unfortunately, no. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel falls short of a 4-star standard. The rooms are basic, a bit worn down, and have a musty smell. Towels are limited and of poor quality, there are no tissues provided, and the lighting in the bathroom and above the bed is inadequate. The TV is small and non-functional. Additionally, our room faced the street, making it quite noisy. There were also maintenance issues: the bathroom door appeared damaged, possibly from a water leak, and the room door didn’t close properly—we had to push it to shut, and it couldn’t be locked from the inside. On the bright side, the staff’s hospitality was commendable, but overall, this hotel feels more like a 3-star experience at best.

Lovely hotel, excellent quality - only spent on night there and due to an early flight we missed breakfast, but sure it was just as good as the general quality. Our room was super bright and tidy, nicely furnished and the bathroom was also really modern, clean with bathtub and toiletries. We also had a small balcony, big glass door and electrically operated blinds. Air-conditioning was also available. Transport connection is absolutely perfect, direct metro connection to the airport and the center.
