BAD HABIT RESTAURANT AND BAR — Restaurant in Lisbon

Unfortunately, I’m shocked that this place has 4.5 stars. My guess is that most of these reviews were left by friends of the owner. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it to anyone. The food wasn’t terrible, but I was very disappointed in the chicken and shrimp noodles and had to drown it in piri piri sauce to give it any flavor.

The multibanco signs all over the door apparently just mean that there’s an ATM within one square kilometer. I had to walk and get cash out - would have been nice if they’d been honest about that from the start. The service was the only redeeming quality...

Unhealthy. Lower quality than expected.

The Bad Habit pizza was the best out of all order (4/5), just the cheese wasn't as good and got melted to liquid. The steak (2/5) was covered in cooking oil, I didn't expect steak to be that oily. Every time I get that kind of oil after cooking I throw it away, but they make a "kinda sauce" from it. Rice was like a homemade. Fresh juice wasn't an actual fresh juice, just normal juice from the shop for pineapple fresh juice and a mango pulp instead of mango...

It is one of my favourite after-work venues. The staff is friendly and helpful, even handling our tables of 20 noisy Italians 😂 It has outdoor tables as well as an indoor area. Leaving aside the beer, which is always cold and served in cold glasses as good common sense dictates, they prepare excellent burgers, dry and tasty fries, meat and pizza.
