Hello I m French and I went to madonna concert 7th November in Altice Arena in Lisboa. A désaster and vey bad night due a 2 security guard of Altice Arena. I bought one ticket standing are PIT 2 at 268 euros. this was a special good area in the middle of the stage. Inside this area there had people who had bought only the ticket to access in this special area and another people who had bought a special package with ticket and gift and special access etc.... I didnt have any problem for access at the Alice area and at my place just with my ticket but anybody at any moment gave me a bracelet for access at this area

I have a right to stay in this area and after one hour of concert began a security guard of altice arena fat with a beard very aggressive decide to get out me and other people who didn't have bracelet. We explained that anybody gave us bracelet and we showed the valid ticket for this area. The security guard of altice area didn't want to understand anything and decide to GET OUT OUTSIDE OF ALTICE ARENA all the PEOPLE WHO DIDNT HAVE THE BRACELET. STUPID DECISION THERE HAVE BEEN A BIG MISUNDERSTANDING because only the people who bought a special package had a bracelet and the others no. I don't know why. At the end By FORCE We must go outside WITH A VALID TICKET FOR THE CONCERT SITUATION INCREDIBLE And after negotiation and complaint with the organization of the concert they refund the ticket. PLEASE FOR THE NEXT TIME FOR THE OTHERS PEOPLE EXPLAIN THE JOB AT ALL THE SECURITY GUARD OF ALTICE ARENA AND THE SECURITY GUARD MUST STAY QUIET AND CALM WITH THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THE...

With 20,000 capacity , Altice Arena every December hosting the incredible CIRQUE DU SOLEIL. Seeing it is a must. The ticket this year was between 45 and 104 Euro. It depends on your expectations. If you wish to see all the details, probably the balcony 0 or 1 section 4,5,14 15 are the best. But if you wish to interact with performers, you need to go for a vip. I also need to add my experience in buying and changing tickets. First I got tickets for the 21st of December(9:00 pm) from Ticketline. But then I recognised I could not go on this date, I called ticketline, and they told me I needed to send an email to them. After exchanging a few emails, that was mainly around which day I wish and which sits. I chose 25th December. But I did not recognise that it's 17:00 pm. So I just understood my mistake when I was leaving home at 19:30 pm. I called ticketline and explained my issue. They told me the only way now is 2 hours before the show go to the Altice Arena ticket selling office and checking if they have sits. So on the 26th, I went there, and they had sit on balcony 1, section 4. Which was 69 euro. While my previous ticket was on balcony 0, section 15, which was 71 euro. I accepted the change and enjoyed the show. I consider this act of them a good example of customer friendly behaviour. Thank you for helping me to see the show and don't lose money. By they way, I have bought insurance, but it seems its just work if you have a serious issue like going to the hospital or your flight or train have delay, something like this. So I will not buy...

I just went last night to see Kylie Minogue's Tension Tour, and I must say it was disappointing, but only from MEO Arena's part. The concert and acoustics were very good, however the facilities lacked in a few parts. Throughout the whole show we (the audience) and Kylie herself suffered from extreme heat inside the arena. There seemed to be no AC system so we all restored to fanning ourselves (if you were lucky enough to bring one along).

The seemed to be a lack of guidance with locating peoples seats. There should have been someone in each section making sure there was no seat troubles or if people were in the right spot, through their tickets, because there was big groups of people wandering around from row to row, side to side... it was frustrating to see.

Lastly the toilets where in a questionable state at the end of the show. I know people are constantly going but considering concert ticket prices these days you'd expect decent AC inside and a clean toilet to go to at the end of a basically sold out show. Is it that hard to have a cleaning team to clean the toilets 2/3 during the event?

I'm so upset that such a wonderful night was ruined by such obvious things that could and should have been done. Especially as a Lisboeta, who prides herself in having artists come over on tours and people enjoy their stay and...

Really enjoyed our evening here seeing madona. The stadium was incredible, unlike most UK stadiums which are oval or rectangle the Altice arena is round, making viewing good and the audio amazing. I think the UK could definitely learn crowd management from this place, after the show it emptied quite fast yet there wasn't over crowding of people leaving at all, it was a sold out show yet there was still room to move around, we found the beer man which was awesome, a man with a massive bag of beer on his back, a tap in one hand and plastic classes in the other, a bar that come to you, I really liked that. Toilets were easy accessible through out the show, security was amazing, lots of security very in control and polite. I couldn't imagine a stadium alot better that here. Thank you to all the security and staff for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend visiting here to watch a show.

Altice Arena is an indoor arena where you can view concerts. The sound here is terrible as the sound reflects off of the ceiling and walls due to a poorly designed acoustic structure. This could mostly be fixed with some kind of acoustic reflection material applied to the ceiling at least. Although the arena is well suited for performances in terms of size the acoustics which is probably the most important aspect of a concert arena makes this one of the worst concert arenas I have ever visited. Echoes all over the place makes it sound like you are in a bathroom or listening to a concert with multiple delays.
