I got there by e bike from the city centre and had a chance to see some rarely spoken side of Lisbon(not dangerous at all, more like sleep districts) on my way, but the place itself is worth visiting too, at least for the look at the Vaska Da Gamma bridge and the oceanarium- one of the best in Europe.
