I’ve never felt the need to write a place a bad review but the service pissed me off so bad that i decided to try and warn other people. Me and my family ordered 4 drinks. After they gave us only two of them we waited thinking that they were preparing the other two. Only after we politely asked whether the drinks were ready one of the workers said “no tapioca” and said something about us having to choose a different topping and that they won’t give us our money back. After we asked why didn’t he tell us earlier that they were out of tapioca his i suppose girlfriend said that he didn’t tell us because he doesn’t speak english. I don’t think that not knowing the language excuses you from informing the customers about the lack of a product they ordered. They refused to give us back the money until the manager told them to do so.

The customer service was incredible and we even got a free souvenir cup from who I suspect...

This very nice man made free bubble tea for two and was very polite and caring. In addition, the bubble tea was so delicious that we did not hesitate to come back here. We ordered our favorite bubble tea , coffee and interesting snacks in the form of cheese rolls with tapioca. Everything was equally delicious. and the service, as always, friendly and professional. This is a must-see when visiting Belem. The regional cafe leaves a nice memory of the trip. Julia Amelia Magda i...
