Terrible Service and Dishonest Management at Airport Burger King
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Burger King at the airport. I placed a takeaway order and specifically asked for my drink to be in a sealed can or bottle, not a refillable cup. Unfortunately, the staff member who took my order seemed very new and didn’t speak or understand English well. He struggled with the register and had to ask another employee to help.
I patiently repeated my request again, and the second employee translated it for him. I clearly said I wanted takeaway and not a refill drink. Despite this, they still gave me a refill cup. I reminded them of my original request, and the first employee admitted he made a mistake.
But then, instead of correcting the mistake properly, the manager (named Marco) told the employee to just charge me for a completely new bottle of 7UP. I was shocked — they charged me €3.20 extra, even though upgrading from a refill to a bottle normally costs only €0.50. I ended up paying for two drinks and only received one.
When I confronted the manager about the overcharge, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Rather than fixing the issue, he tried to justify the charge by claiming the drink was always €3.20 — which was simply not true. It was obvious he didn’t want to admit a mistake had been made, and instead of helping, he tried to cover it up by misleading me.
This kind of treatment — especially from a manager — is unacceptable. It felt like I was being scammed over a simple drink upgrade, and no one took responsibility.
Burger King should seriously look into how this location is being managed. Travelers deserve better service — especially at a busy...
Read moreUtterly disappointing...Sluggish and dullest staff with absolutely zero sense of assembly line and that too at the airport. It was a joke! Either the staff is not trained or they do not wanna work. It took them 25 minutes to prepare my order. They have zero idea of which order goes to which tray number. Let me explain: The burgers were wrapped in the wrong papers (my double whopper was in a vegan burger wrapper), but the kitchen staff I guess was marking (handwritten) the burgers with some sort of code (ofc initials of the burgers) and the staff outside has zero understanding of these code names mentioned. They were just randomly placing or asking multiple colleagues to confirm which burger was what. They were roaming here and there, and without doing anything, placing burgers in the orders with later numbers. Twice my receipt had been put in the wrong trays (because they read and carelessly put in a random tray number), which eventually I had to place in the correct tray by myself. At one point they had to ask my customer copy of the receipt as they lost mine. I request BURGER KING to please do something about them. This staff of yours DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK. The worst and the most expensive BURGER KING I...

Terrible Experience – Never Again
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King. My order was substantially delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I specifically asked for fries with cheese and onion but was served fries with bacon, which I don’t eat. I also ordered a Double Whopper, but was handed a single, poorly assembled burger that barely resembled what I paid for.
I had to request a refund, which took more time, and ultimately missed my lunch as I had to catch a flight. Completely unacceptable level of service – zero attention to detail and no urgency. Won’t...
