Perguntei se podia trocar o bife de porco pelo bife de frango, de forma a ficar com o molho e os cogumelos, e foi-me dito que sim. De seguida, a senhora da caixa não confirmou o pedido, procedimento que deve ser sempre feito, não entregou o talão para eu poder confirmar, e informou que ia "demorar muito". Esperamos mais de 20 min, para depois a senhora me entregar o pedido sem me dizer o que cada caixa continha, e ainda teve a lata de me dizer, após lhe ter perguntado qual era qual, de me dizer que não sabia. E para além de não ter sido muito agradável com ninguém, chego a casa, para descobrir que tinha o pedido errado! Inadmissível! É por esta razão, que se deve SEMPRE confirmar se o pedido está correto.
