Ordered 3 burgers yesterday. Two King Jrs, and one Double Bacon. I wrote in Uber Eats the simplest of instructions. Wanted a burger with no ketchup, nothing, just the meat and the bread, on the account of my daughter not liking it. Upon arrival, we quickly realised that the notes were not taken into account whatsoever. The burger had ketchup and even cheese (ordered just burger, not cheeseburger). Dei uma nova hipótese ao estabelecimento, parece ter melhorado. Fui atendido surpreendentemente rápido, com todo o pedido correto Primeiro pedido (40 min de espera por um hambúrguer e batatas + bebida Surreal para um fast food 20 min depois de esperar perguntei disseram para aguardar que tava quase 10 min depois voltei a questionar, perguntaram se paguei, mostrei o talão. Deram me um tabuleiro com batatas e bebida. Perguntei pelo hambúrguer disseram que no sistema não aparecia aquele hambúrguer. Disseram que iam fazer, pedi sem tomate. Puseram tomate. Voltaram a fazer o pedido Após 40 Minutos recebi o meu pedido neste restaurante de "fast food" Ou contratam mais pessoas ou fechem o restaurante, estão a vender um serviço que não fornecem de todo ao cliente.
