Honest Greens — Restaurant in Lisbon

I deleted my old review and am posting an update:

After attending the amazing opening ceremony, we revisited this branch for breakfast, but the experience was disappointing. Our order was mixed up with another table’s, and after waiting for it to be corrected, the food arrived cold.

A few weeks later, I returned for coffee. I ordered an iced latte and was given a number, but my drink never came. When an employee finally checked, I was served the wrong drink a chai latte. At that point, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of repeated mistakes, so I declined the offer to remake it and left.

Unfortunately, after multiple negative experiences, I’m not inclined to visit this...

I’ve been here a few times, and every single visit was disappointing. The first time, the cashier forgot our drinks and couldn’t even explain how the restaurant works. The second time, it was just as chaotic and disorganized. The third time was the strangest: we arrived at 11:45, only to be told to wait until 12 for no reasons at all (and without an explanation, with the staff doing their things and not checking clients) even if the opening hours are 8:30am until late at night. Staff are rude, unprepared, and the whole operation feels like a waste of what could be a great space...

We are living near and we were there in the beginning of opening and the quality of food was 10/10 and staff were so nice but we took our parents there today for breakfast and the quality of food was 7/10 and vegetables were not fresh and the staff were not working properly. Even they served wrong dish not only for us but also for table next to us. We had to ask for plates personally and bring it on our table. It’s not good because they just opened less...
