We reserved a table and had many emails reminding us of the importance of this. But when we turned up , although our name was listed, the only table offered was sitting in the middle of the walkway by the front door. There were other tables upstairs and maybe one round the corner. It was this or outside. People just 'walked in' and ate outside like us. So why the bother and threat of penalties if we didn't show. I thought we would be reserved a nice indoor table. Especially when a whole area was free. Then we were ignored. I had to chase the service. The waiter seemed half asleep ..or something...even when I politely asked if someone could at least take our drink order ( it was a very hot day and we had been walking lisbons streets all day!) he chose to do other things and take other orders, hand out menus etc. Then he seemed to remember again. Our plates for couvert were taken away as apparently our main meals were ready ( so I rushed to finish ) and then nothing turned up for 15minutes. All really odd. The mushroom pasta was great but I could have done with some more truffle oil and less mountain of pasta, it was very subtle.o asked for a green salad and I would recommend doing the same as it cuts through the stodge nicely. My husband was happy with pork dish. Just not a special experience for the price, and the reservation experience was especially terrible. I wouldn't...

I just cannot understand how this place is ranked this high. I tried hundreds of restaurants and this one has got to be near the bottom of my list. General vibe: everything is too much. Decoration? Too much that it seems cheap and overdone. Music? Too loud that it drowns your conversations. Service? The waiter seemed… lost, somehow? She could not hear the order well and had to check multiple times. This is preferable to serving the wrong dish, so it's fair but demonstrates that the music should definitely be turned down! And the dish? Way, way too complex. I insist: too many ingredients, tastes all over the place, it's beyond bad and cannot be fixed with the small cups of sauce served with it.

How can we fix this? Simplify. A poke does not need fifteen ingredients to justify its cost. A good poke that contains just enough ingredients can sell for the same price! Take a note from the local market! The same applies to every dish, decoration, etc. Keep everything simple and welcoming.

There is a lot to improve and I won't come back. I don't recommend this place. To the readers: hold your decision, the usual fast-food joints deliver more value and that's a low...

We visited this restaurant on 28th of Feb 2022 to have lunch. Based on the reviews, we thought the food would be good and we made quite a long journey to get there. The experience was very disappointing. My review:

Food was extremely cliche and definitely not fresh. We ordered the tuna and the duck confit and they both smelled very off. The tuna was definitely not fresh and the duck had unpleasant smell. We were charged 45 Euros for 2 mains and 2 lemonades. After paying the bill, we noticed extra items on the bill that we did not order. The owner/waiter made no effort in checking the bill twice and we later realised we paid for some other table. We were charged an extra 20 euros on items we didn't order. Including tip we ended up paying 50 euros, which is way above average price (even in an amazing restaurant) in Lisbon. The waiter at the end gave us two bottles of water that we noticed we were charged for extra. I wish we could go back to get a refund on the other items we were charged for, but unfortunately we are in Lisbon for 3 days and we don't want to...

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! 🍴 The food was absolutely delicious, every dish carefully prepared and full of flavor. The location is lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. A huge plus for the excellent service, our server, Gustavo, was truly amazing: kind, attentive, and always with a smile. He made everything feel so easy and enjoyable, turning our evening into a perfect one. Highly recommend this place, and if you visit, I hope you’ll be lucky enough to be served by Gustavo! And now just a picture of the dessert, since that’s all we managed to capture, it was worth putting the phones away and simply enjoying the moment.

The shrimp risotto was sticky, heavy, and overloaded with cheese, though the flavor wasn’t bad. The poke bowl was tasty. I ordered orange juice and my friend a ginger lemonade — the lemonade arrived only after the food and was bitter from lemon peels. Then I was told there was no orange juice; my replacement drink came much later and was just sour lemon water. Service was slow and disorganized: olive oil arrived after the bread, salt and pepper never came despite three reminders, and even the chopsticks were mismatched. Overall, some flavors were nice, but the experience was disappointing.

First and foremost we had the best server. Jorge was attentive and very hospitable! I can’t say enough about his service. We came here twice, out of our 4 days that we were here in Lisbon, Portugal. The food was absolutely amazing! Compliments to the chef! The ceviche was unbelievable! All the plates were unbelievable! I loved all the focus on the details. Thank you so much for the absolute best experience Jorge! This will be the first restaurant that we will visit when we return again! AMAZING! Thank you Thank you ( Obrigado 💖)
