Impromptu date night for dinner, and it did not disappoint. Maiara was phenomenal - balancing being attentive and giving space for us to have a night.
We had the dinamite and the Mad, both were spot on delicious. The crust was thin, holding the light sauce and toppings together beautifully. It complemented the fresh ingredients. I say fresh intentionally because you could taste the tomato, the presunto, the oregano - it all worked.
I'll go back by myself, even if my partner doesn't want pizza. Meaning, I'll order it, eat it, not tell her, and order a salad when she and I go to dinner. That's how Mad(ly) good the pizza is and worth getting again.

The bases are extremely thin, almost like a brown tortilla wrap, and all the ingredients on mine were completely raw, unseasoned and quite tastless. Never had raw mushrooms before and really not for me, also wasn't mentioned on menu. A lot of staff hanging around, but still didn't get a checkback. Don't do canecas and charge 3.50 euro for 2 small slices focaccia and some olives at the start. Overpriced and...
