Truly one of the best pastry shops in Lisbon. However the service is not serving staff are rude and unaware of their surroundings. I go there everyday and not once i was asked by staff to move forward for being with i fant the one time I actually did cut the line the staff was extremely rude and was apologiseing to the people around me which made me feel bad and since they i stopped going. Loss of 10€ everyday for them.
I would advise management to train their staff on rules and regulations of the country where they have business

Read moreThe food at Maison Luce is consistently great, but their attention to takeaway orders is quite poor.
This is the third time they’ve forgotten items I paid for — both in person and on UberEats (I’ve never been compensated for these items, by the way).
Today they nearly missed a tuna sandwich and a lemonade (I had to remind them that these items were missing from my takeaway bag)…and they still managed to forget a madeleine - the only reason why I had upgraded to a lunch menu.

Scored down because of the seating not being very good (my chair was too low for the table and not actually a lot of choice where to sit/eating with other people. Also the queue system had everyone confused. No one knew which side of the rope to queue and the staff didn’t guide us (we even had a lady walk around the other side of the rope to where we were queuing and she got served - so queue jumped. Think the staff should have been more helpful...
