So far, I’ve been sitting here for about an hour. Haven’t received any food yet, and I’m watching multiple tables who arrived after me receive their food. We’re only a table of 2 with a simple order of two savoury crepes. The food looks quite nice, however I can’t say yet for sure. The service staff is very inattentive, we have asked two different waiters about our food and neither have actually gotten back to us about how long it will take. The drinks are okay, I got a mojito which is alright but not enough to make up for the underwhelming service. It is a Sunday afternoon, but it really seems as though we are the only people who aren’t being served.
So far I can not recommend. Purely on the service alone, at this point I’d rather find somewhere else to eat. Disappointing, as it’s a cool little spot with a nice vibe.
Update! The food arrived- after our friend met us an hour and 20 minutes later. He actually ordered and ended up asking about our food. It came out all together. The salmon crepe was ok, the crepe could’ve been warmer but for a crepe with nothing that actually needs to be cooked I cannot understand why it took so long. My boyfriend got the sausage, Emmentaler, roasted onion crepe. Unfortunately the roasted onions weren’t on it! The sausage also reminded us of a very processed meat, we couldn’t figure out if it was Bologna or vegan substitute meat and the Emmentaler was barely melted. Overall I’d say that it’s a giant pass for us, we wanted to try something sweet, but frankly we just...
Read moreThis place has a lot of promise as their menu does look really lovely and it's a cute area in general, but they just need to work on management of a few things. Service took a really long time with everything, even getting us our menus at the start. It wasn't so busy that it was understandable; I honestly don't know what some of the staff were doing. We waited 40 minutes before we had anything we ordered placed in front of us. Even when my partner got his pancakes, we had to ask ourselves for cutlery after waiting a few minutes for them. I got my food a short while after: avocado toast. I asked the waiter what it was served with and he said, eggs, cucumber and tomato. What I actually got was barely toasted bread with very bland purée avocado, one thin slice of cucumber, one cherry tomato and a crumble of boiled egg. We didn't even have salt or pepper to add. I don't think I would've eaten it if I wasn't as hungry as I was. My partner said his pancakes were lovely however. The lights in the place kept switching off every 10 minutes or so as well.
It could be a really lovely place if they tried a little harder with the food and...
Read moreI do not recommend this place at all. It’s the 3rd time trying to go there since is really near my house but it was the last too. I waited 45 minutes for my order (that I didn’t received after all) and I had to ask why the delay , while I was seeing other tables getting served and they got there after me. They gave me two excuses. The first one was that they didn’t have the vegan pasta for the pancakes and the other one was that they had a problem with the fridge. I ask for the complaint book , and after some time the supervisor called Cadu , gave me the book and I asked “please can you borrow me a pen?” , he was so rude , he didn’t even looked at me , he just turned around instantly and answered me “NO I CAN’T”. We were never rude to anyone to that place to deserve that behavior.
After talking to friends and clients of my own , this is usual apparently.
I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews , but this time I had to. This is not the way your treat people and the fact is that they have to improve...
