McDonald's Belém — Restaurant in Lisbon

This location has 6 self order kiosks. The first one wouldn't take a credit card and didn't capture my order. Went to counter to replicate the order, the price was 2€ higher,so went to a 2nd kiosk, this time my order was confirmed but no receipt,so again had to go to the counter for assistance. They didn't seem at all interested that the kiosk was apparently out of paper.

I ordered Rustic Mango Chicken sandwich and vegetable soup. The sandwich looked thrown together by a child with very little sauce on it, and the vegetable soup is really a vegetable PUREE without salt. The taste is disgusting...I can't believe people eat it. was there with my grandson today, worst branch I know. The 3-year-old child had to go to the toilet, it was urgent. Anyone who has children will understand that. The employee commented that I had to buy something. I wanted to, but first the child had to go to the toilet. Guests gave me the code for the toilet, they saw the problem. The employee stood in front of the door, locked it and didn't let us in. During this action, guests could neither come in nor out to the toilet. We went next door to a restaurant where the small child was allowed to go to the toilet... without ordering or buying anything... So I have to buy something for at least €1 or will there soon be a minimum order value for using the toilet... this behavior is...

Food is standard McD quality. The system of queuing was not working particularly well. Queues of people standing waiting right in front of the collection point with no employee asking them to move so people can collect. The employees need to be more attentive because just getting your order required me to shout for people to move away. On top of that, they missed the burger in my order and I had to wade through the people amassed around the collection...
