We stumbled across this place on our first night and Lisbon and boy are we glad we did!

The food was exquisite (and very reasonably priced!), the wine was some of the best we had in Portugal and the service was friendly and attentive.

We had the 'roastbeef', lamb croquettes, croaker ceviche and the portuguese pastry to share between 2 for dinner. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse and tiramisu.

With the exception of the tiramisu (was mostly cream, lacked sponge) EVERYTHING we ate was perfection. Standout dishes? The lamb croquettes and chocolate mousse were melt in your mouth delicious.

We also shared a bottle of Portuguese rosé (Dona Maria) which was exquisite and we spent the rest of the trip hoping other restaurants would stock it, but alas.

Beautiful restaurant setting too and the staff were super friendly. Best of all, value for money was...

Very original and extremely tasty food. This was without a doubt the restaurant that provided the most distinct dishes I had in Portugal during my four day stay.

The interior of the restaurant has a pleasant modern feel to it and is very well lit. On the evening that I went, the place proved popular with young to middle aged people which added nicely to the atmosphere.

Service was great and the staff spoke English, which was a relief to a stupid foreigner like me who only knows how to say "obrigado".

Despite the many good things going for this place, the price is a little too expensive. All the dishes are to share, making them more like "tapas" rather than main meals. Still, I'd highly recommend this place for its...

We came here our first night in Lisbon. This place was a great way to start our trip. The lamb croquettes were delicious. The grilled cabbage was really surprising, incredibly tasty for being cabbage.

The restaurant has a patio-type area that allows you to sit outside but since it's in the back of the restaurant, you get to have a little privacy from the street. There's wood paneling on the walls, which reminds me of my parents' place but it looks so much better than theirs.

The servers were very nice. There was a new waitress who was starting off so the service we received was a little slow. However, I wish her well and I hope she managed to build up her confidence . Definitely...

I’ve walked by this place many times and it always seemed like a nice place to go. Especially since it was often full in the evenings. After finally having a chance to visit I will have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed. All of our dishes either lacked flavour or was FAR TOO GENEROUS with the salt. There was no in between except for the braised veal tongue which was perfectly tender and with nice flavour. For some reason there was one server for the entire restaurant and communication was quite limited. The latch on the bench storage was broken so it kept opening and hitting the back our legs. Overall not impressed.
