Salotto Divino — Restaurant in Lisbon

Dear Salotto Divino Team, I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment, and I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor is tasteful, and the ambiance perfectly sets the stage for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable; our server, Meri, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They provided excellent recommendations and ensured our dining experience was perfect. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, beautifully presented, and made with the freshest ingredients. I enjoyed the variety of plates, a true culinary masterpiece. I was thoroughly impressed with your selection of Italian wines, which beautifully showcased the depth and variety of Italy's finest vineyards. I also appreciated the attention to detail in accommodating my dietary preferences. Overall was a disappointing experience. When you go to such a popular restaurant expectations are really high, maybe that was our mistake.

The food was good, but not exceptional. The menu it's not super big ( how we like) but seems diverse enough , unfortunately we ordered 3 different dishes that weren't available. Very uncommon situation! Prices were ok, with the fork promotion, otherwise would be overpriced for the quality and portions.

The service is ok, but with lack of knowledge to help you for example in the wine choice.

Inside rooms are beautiful, but we stayed in a terrace, that I believe, might be great in summer, but it's not prepared for winter, was raining on me...

The entrance is very appealing but we were taken to this back room that was lacking atmosphere and ambience. The menu is well composed, full of promising plates, pity that half the things weren’t available on our visit.. and we were only warned when we started ordering.

Food took quite a long time to be served. We waited 25 minutes and we were charged 30 euros for a small piece of cheese and some crackers with a little bit of white truffle (which tasted like nothing). Main dishes were much better, just a little bit cold when arrived. Our highlight was the tiramisu, which was very yummy!

All in all a bit disappointing experience for the very high...
