Foxtrot is one of those stylish, low-key spots that effortlessly blends cool aesthetics, a creative menu, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re dropping in for a casual brunch, a cozy dinner, or a late-night cocktail, Foxtrot delivers a consistently impressive experience.

The interior design is both trendy and comfortable, with a mix of contemporary décor, ambient lighting, and an inviting layout that makes it easy to settle in and stay for hours. It strikes that perfect balance between intimate and social, making it ideal for everything from dates and friendly catch-ups to solo visits when you just want to unwind.

The food menu is thoughtful and refined, offering a fresh take on modern comfort food. Expect creative dishes with bold flavors, made from high-quality ingredients. The brunch selection is particularly popular – think elevated classics like avo toast, shakshuka, or eggs benedict with a twist. Dinner brings a more sophisticated menu, featuring well-seasoned meats, inventive vegetarian options, and shareable small plates.

Drinks are a standout here, too. Foxtrot has an expertly curated cocktail list, each drink beautifully presented and well-balanced. The bartenders clearly know their craft and are always happy to suggest something based on your mood. There’s also a solid wine list and a good range of craft beers and non-alcoholic options.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, creating an overall vibe that’s polished without being pretentious. Service is smooth even when the place is buzzing, and you’re never made to feel rushed.

Whether you’re there for a leisurely afternoon or a stylish night out, Foxtrot has a way of making every visit feel like something special. It’s definitely the kind of place that earns repeat visits – a spot where the vibe, the flavors, and the people come together in just...

Definitely one of my favourite drinking places in Lisbon, and perfect for a specific kind of night out (hence the five stars) but definitely to be taken with some caveats/context. Firstly, everything is quite expensive, this is a place where quality, not quantity, is the rule, and all of the drinks I've had there were very good and what I would expect from their price tag. Secondly, they are sometimes overwhelmed by the sheer popularity of the place and are consistently full, sometimes delaying table service considerably (although staff remain polite and helpful throughout). Those caveats aside, the ambience is quite amazing, with an art deco decor that is beautiful and thematically appropriate throughout. Some pub games are available at the back along with a garden for smokers. The owner can be found on the premises quite often and is always up for a friendly chat. Definitely a solid recommendation if you're looking for a bit more of an up-scale but still...

I had a delightful experience at Foxtrot, with both service and atmosphere deserving a full 5-star rating. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met promptly. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, which added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

For my visit, I spent around €15-20 per person, which I found to be very reasonable given the quality of the food and service.

As for the dishes, I highly recommend trying the Fries and Hamburger. The Hamburger was cooked to perfection with a juicy patty and fresh ingredients. The Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them an excellent side dish. I also had the Steak Sandwich, which was packed with flavor and very satisfying.

Overall, Foxtrot offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, wonderful service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to others looking for a...

It has the entrance of a speakeasy. But I didn’t see much Art Nouveau inside except a few framed posters on the wall. Not the cozy bar I had in mind, except for the small smoking area in the front. The Cosmopolitan didn’t taste at all like a New York cosmo. It must be the cranberry juice... Anyway, for 12€ it was not good. And as for food, ugh, it took forever. And don’t tell me food in Portugal takes long because I’ve been in Lisbon for two weeks and it’s the first time food (a burger) took this long. I ordered the Foxtrot hamburger, medium well. It was brought rare. And the fries were literally cold (I sent them back and came back ok). In sum, a disappointment. If it weren’t for the very attentive staff I would have given Foxtrot just 1 star.

Hidden in plain sight on a quiet residential street is a great speakeasy feeling cocktail bar and lounge. Top flight cocktails that focus on the drink and not a particular or rare ingredient. Bar tenders work their magic. Staff is professional and well informed. Their drinks are usually works of art (appearance and flavors) so don't expect instant boring cocktails. Multiple lounge areas from a stylish bar to a more intimate lounge to a pool room to a protected outdoor seating area. You can not miss finding the right place for you and your friends. Yes, ring the doorbell, or you will be standing there until someone else who knows the drill comes by. It's definitely worth a visit!

What could have been a fun night of tasting unique drinks was unfortunately derailed by the 45 min wait for the drinks to arrive at the table. Staff did acknowledge that they were understaffed but nothing to adjust or amend the terribly long wait. Overall, nice cozy vibe and the most interesting door entrance. Inconspicuous from the street and away from the electric and vibrant vibe of Barrio Alto. Very interesting drink menu and with affordable options of mocktails When the drinks finally came, they weren’t bad but the huge delay tempered the overall experience. I think there’s better spots elsewhere in Lisbon
