Would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the service. The food is very good and it's in a perfect spot for a quick mid-morning/afternoon snack while you're visiting Centro Cultural de Belém. However, it seems to be under-staffed and service ends up being slow and confusing. It takes ages to get your food and drinks, and even with just a couple of customers, tables outside are frequently unavailable because the trays tend to remain there for quite some time after the customers have left. Com um aspeto maravilhoso e produtos fantásticos, há muito tempo que não era tão mal atendida. Cheguei sem ninguém na loja, um senhor embalava pão e nem se dignou olhar, de costas disse tem que aguardar. A senhora ao fundo com um sorriso muito simpatico ao ver que eu esperava veio-me atender. Infelizmente voltou-me a passar para o senhor que , depois de eu pedir vários pães e 1 kg de bolachas em 2 pacotes, atendia outras pessoas, interrompia. Educadamente pedi se podia adiantar pois estava com pressa (já há um bom bocado na loja), o senhor continuava a falar para o lado com um senhor, eventual encomenda mas que nem se dignou explicar. Mais uma vez, educadamente disse, entao levo só essas 200 gr. Pois tinha um filho à espera. Nem uma palavra, um ar carrancudo, nao houve um esforço, um sorriso. A colega sempre sorridente e impecavel mas eu, infelizmente, fui atendida por uma pessoa que não tenciono reencontrar, com pena pois moro aqui e gostaria de usufruir da loja que é...
