We went to have dinner at this place on a Sunday night, when we arrived they said that they were going to close the kitchen in 15min but we had time to order, we order our dinner asap, we order a tartufo pasta and a lasagna but instead she brought a tartufo pizza, they said that they couldn’t do anything about it anymore because the kitchen was close, and instead of apologizing for her mistake, she said: it will have to be this then, we decided to have it anyway to avoid any conflict, while we were eating( the pizza had NO flavout at all) which we had to pay for, all the waiters and workers from the place were standing 2 meters from us looking at us eat ,waiting for us to finish to go home, making jokes about how late they were going to get home (this was 22:20 and the place closed at 23:30) and laughing VERY LOUD, we decided to NOT finish our dinner and take away the rest of our food ( we stayed there 30min) while we were leaving they said comments like: “bye, come back next time but earlier” “ get out” “thank god we can go now” they thought we didn’t understand Portuguese, we felt embarrassed and very uncomfortable the whole time we were there, we were served by Taina Silva on sunday 26th at 22:15, all the workers at that time made us feel unwelcome and...
Read moreI am a uber delivery rider. I went there to take a order from uber. Most of the staff are behave very rude with the uber delivery rider. I waited more then 30 minutes for an order when it was ready they did not giving it to me then i was signaling to the staff(the staff with glasses) after while came to me with anger and do not signal him, i said to him order is ready and you are giving to me that is why i signal you. Then he told me when if you do not want to wait cancel it. I said i am waiting more then 30 min and when it finally gets ready you did not noticed it that is why i was signaling you is it a crime to telling the staff that order is ready??? This staff is racist. He has done same kind of behaviour with other rider also and and most the delivery rider are from Bangladesh. But Brazilian or portuguese delivery rider come to this place to take an order they behave differently. In this mordern world racism still exist. And this restaurant staff is true racist. I've ordered from this restaurant twice now, and both times the experience was incredibly frustrating. The first time, a few months ago, my food arrived 1.5 hours late and the packaging was so poor that everything was leaking. I assumed it was a one-time issue and decided to give them another chance. Big mistake.
Today, over an hour later, my Uber Eats driver is still waiting at the restaurant. From what I’ve seen going to this restaurant, they are clearly overwhelmed—often with 10+ Glovo/Uber Eats drivers waiting around, plus trying to serve in-house customers. It’s obvious they’re taking on more than they can handle.
