First time visit, positives and negatives. Positives: food tasted good - for those who like super thin crust pizza.

Negatives: Our server messed our order and then the order was placed late and forgotten until the restaurant was practically closing- thus making us wait over 40 minutes for our food. When the food came, both pizzas were incorrect and we did not receive our appetizer. Then, as we mentioned to the server that the order was incorrect, his excuse was that he thought “that my order was weird and he wasn’t sure how it would taste”. Then complained that asparagus wasn’t on the menu, and then I showed him that it was. In the end, they charged us for the pizzas full price including all the toppings they had added themselves and didn’t offer a discount for the overly long wait or incorrect orders.

Our order: 2 pizzas build your own pizzas and an appetizer What we received: 2 pizzas with missing and wrong ingredients

Side thought: the quantity of leafy vegetables that they put on the pizzas is a bit overwhelming. Especially when the other more expensive add on items, they might only add 1 or 2 here and there.

Overall: Pizza was fine but over priced. Service, without issues is fine, but once there is a problem, they put the fault on the customer and try and push the blame on the customers order. We will not return.

“How long would it take to make 2 more pizzas, since you offered? Another 20 minutes? Making our wait at least an hour to eat food. And after the restaurant was already shunning people away because you were closing. It didn’t make sense for us to have our pizzas remade. It would have made more sense to get up and leave.” My response to the guy answering the...

Let’s talk about a pizza masterclass! Nestled in the heart of Alfama, one of its two locations, Pizzaria Luzzo offers a dining experience near the impressive Miradouro da Senhora do Monte viewpoint! 🍕 The restaurant boasts cozy furnishings with meticulous attention to detail, creating a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. 🏰🌃 The keyword here is "modern": all orders are conveniently placed via tablet. 📲 Each dish can be selected with the help of enticing photos, making the decision-making process both challenging and enjoyable.

Our culinary journey began with a special version of bruschetta featuring walnuts and ham—an entirely new and delightful flavor! 😋 For the main course, I ventured into uncharted territory with a salmon pizza and was completely won over by the unique combination. 🍣🍕

Post-dinner, we ventured to the viewpoint to marvel at Lisbon by night—an enchanting end to a great evening. We'll undoubtedly be back for more! 🌟🌙

Pizzaria Luzzo has a few branches around the city including this branch along Largo da Graça in the Alfama neighbourhood. Opening hours are 12pm to 3pm (lunch) and 7pm to 10.30pm (dinner) each day. They have a decent sized indoor seating area as well as tables outside if preferred.

We recently had lunch here will sightseeing around the Alfama neighbourhood. They have a fair range of pizzas that can be made Roman or Neapolitan style along with pastas and salads. On the day we ordered a Four Cheese with extra pepperoni and a special blanco style pizza with cauliflower, walnut and onions prepared Roman style. Both tasted pretty good, as did our drinks.

Overall, this was pretty good pizza, a nice lunchtime order that sustained us for a few more hours of afternoon sightseeing in the area. Would be happy to eat here again in the future based on...

Terrrrribe pizzas. Plenty of uncooked flour, cheap ingredients and oil on top, anglo-saxon mix of toppings (carmalized onions and pineapple!) Not sure why the ratings are decent. We had one redone in Romana style. Not any better. The price (for domino's pizza quality) can cause further indigestion. Typical tourist trap. Strong AVOID. Lisbon has so much better to offer guys. Only the service was decent. Think they were embarrassed by what's going on in the kitchen.
