This place is a gem. I'm sad I didn't give it a try the first day I came across it online. I went there twice before leaving Lisbon. It's 14.50 euros per person for all you can eat (buffet style), dessert and drinks are not included. The white sangria is the best, they also give you a complimentary shot of ginja with a check. It's Portuguese sweet cherry liquor which is absolutely delicious. The food is different day to day and everything is so tasty. Just like mom's cooking. They do have "bacalhau a bras' daily - it's a traditional Portuguese dish which is baked creamy cod and potatoes, the best version I've had in Lisbon so far. They have options for vegetarians too. The service is great. Sandra, Rodrigo and Bernardo took care of us and they all were amazing. Sweet guys, very attentive, all speak English. Sandra's got a great sense of humor as well. Make sure you reserve a table as the place is very popular amongst locals. Looking forward to dining there again next time...

Ok, positive sides: Food was fresh and tasty, everything we ate was delicious. The young staff member was polite. Negative sides: Google advised the buffet service works til 15:30. We came in at 14:30 and the waiter told us that the buffet service closes at 15:00 - however they waited for us to finish. I wanted to turn my back and leave, but the family was hungry, since this restaurant is up and down the hill. They charged my 3 years child like she was an adult and she ate only little rice and vegetables. This has been the first time in my life (and I have an older kid with whom we travelled a lot) that someone charges tiny kids as adults. No fruits, nor desserts - we have been to 5-6 different buffets and all of those were offering at least fruits. No music, which is odd. Tables are really close to each other. There are way better restaurants with variety of meat and other foods in Lisbon and near. Sabor Gaucho, Scheriff steakhouse, Maria Pimenta in...

Omg the food was so delicious and yummy. The buffet is totally worth it for about $€18 at dinner. You get some tasty food. The Russian salad was delightful didn't think it would be that good a must try. The grape tomato and olive salad was one of my favorites with the light sliced bred 👍 ....so good ... The best dish for me was the smoked sea food pasta. It was good lolol . There weren't alot of items to choose from, but it seemed perfect not to overwhelm you... The server was high with energy and gave us a free shot because the card machine to pay was not working. Bring cash just in case you plan on eating here and at many other restaurants on the stairs 😊. sometimes, they only accept cash. And you the atm mau charge you equal to your dinner with convertion fee. The carrot soup was warm and soothing too 😋. Rosa da Rua is not...

We came here because we visited Sintra all day and wanted to eat lots of food haha The 2 waiter/owner (not sure but both of them are very friendly), served us wine and one of them explained what the Portugal dishes are. I enjoyed the baked Bacalhau with cream was very delicious and I probably ate more than I should. That and the stuff squid was the two most unique dishes as a foreigner. The potato salad was good and the purple cabbage salad was perfect (my wife’s favorite). The curry that day was average but still very tasty. Overall a great AYCE place with Portuguese dishes. Wine was cheap and good. Overall 4.1/5 for a warm artsy restaurant with tons of food to offer, guarantee you won’t leave with your stomach unfulfilled.
