Leve Leve - Tapas Bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

This cozy little place had the best tapas we have eaten during our stay. The atmosphere was very fun and chill. We had a bottle of Vino Verde and the 5 tapas we had were delicious ( Garlic Prawns, 2x chicken skewers, bread and Nachos). We only paid €55 for our dinner and drinks which is really cheap for what we got in return. When we return, we will definitely return here for a lovely dinner. The staff and server are all super friendly and are working very hard to please every customer. We had a table on the inside with wiew of the bar and Bartender and was fun to watch him constantly make cocktails with a passion. When dining with a large group be sure to make reservation or else you might have to wait a while, since seatings are limtited. But oh...

Came here for lunch just by chance. I ordered the chicken skewers with peanut sauce and garlic cheese bread with a glass of white wine. The chicken skewers were bar none the best chicken skewers I have ever had- so flavorful, moist; just absolutely delectable; with a slice of orange to squeeze on top and a perfectly sweet peanut dipping sauce. I could eat that dish every single day. The garlic cheese bread and wine were also good, but the chicken was the best dish I’ve had in my 4 weeks in Spain/Portugal. Today we went to Leve Leve and ordered some fries, chicken, quesadillas and garlic bread with ham. Short story. It was great. The chicken was tender and the quesadillas had the right amount of cheese. The overall taste was overall overwhelming. We had a Waiter who welcomed and served us with a smile. He was extremely friendly and while we worked always chatted with us. I was a little sad when I left. Concerning the location. I’d advise you to sit inside because the restaurant is located at a steep street. Some beverages might find a way of the table on their own.
