Sakae and Spice — Restaurant in Lisbon

A super cozy restaurant, great for a date night or a family affair. I think this place doesn’t get the justice it deserves because everyone goes to LX factory round the corner but this is such a hidden gem. We felt very welcomed upon arrival on what seemed like a quiet Friday night for them. We had the all you can eat buffet which was well priced. Food was brought fairly quickly from the start and they had a great selection of sushi’s and curry’s/noodles to choose from. We had several items and they were all high quality and well presented. The server even brought us the house special to try outside of our own choices and I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting. Can’t rate this place...

An incredible food experience for all four of us. The sushi was top notch and the Indonesian food was eye opening. None of us previously had the fortune of experiencing Indo cuisine, but this will not be our last. If you like spicy food, then definitely ask for the sambal sauce to SPICE tf up any of your dishes.

The service was a 10/10 and loved chatting about the owner’s quest to share Indonesian food with the people of Portugal (even if they don’t prefer the spice level of the sambal).

Delicious food and lovely staff!

I had a fantastic experience at Japanese Sushi and Indonesian Food. I tried the Nasi Goreng and it was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and topped with a perfectly cooked fried egg and crispy shallots. The sambal on the side added the perfect kick. You can tell the food is made with care. The staff were very kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.
