Tempero Caseiro — Restaurant in Lisbon

A really nice typical restaurant with great dishes, which all taste really good! In general, I would say also the prices are reasonable. Also good and fast service!

Unfortunately, they try to scam people (probably when they are not Portuguese). I ordered a sea bream and I really liked my dish. But when it came to the bill, they asked over 40€ for this. After telling them, that this would be too much, they gave me a 12€ discount. I payed as I didn‘t wanna discuss any further. But as they returned for saying goodbye, I told them that a sea bream normally is not 40€ and also not 30€ - maybe it‘s half of that!! All they did now is to apologize to me and offered free liquor as they clearly knew that they just scammed me.

I would not go back!

And if you go, ask for the specific fish-price beforehand - otherwise you might get...

Last night in Lisbon and came to this place near LX Factory.

Friend recommended to try Brazil & Portuguese food.

It was amazingly yummy. We ordered 1 Brazil dish, Javali a moda do Gerês (wild boar meat) and 1 Picanha (steak in Portuguese cooking style). Plus veggies and I finally tasted port wine (FERREIRA) which is to my liking, sweet😋

They also offer to served us with other wine, Amendoa, almond wine, very interesting and taste really good even though I never like almond🤭

The price indicated was for 2 person including wine and beer which considered we have fetch a good deal.

The lady who served us, Beatrix, she's professional with recommending dishes and really friendly.

I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a relaxing...

An amazing restaurant that is modest at its core but truly reflects the tradicional portuguese cuisine but with an eficiêncy and care that is not usual anymore. It’s actually portuguese food and service, not demeaning foreign entrepeneurs , but wanting to do “original portuguese food” when not even the staff is, makes it hard in its essence to follow through the concept and this one really amazed me about how authentic it is and again, the food, I tried about 5 courses by now and they are incredible. Staff is friendly, experienced and generous in many ways . I highly recommend as one of the top go to restaurants for really good food. The area is not crowded or noisy and has a small but confortable...
