Street Smash Burgers Campo de Ourique | Hamburgueria Lisboa — Restaurant in Lisbon

Ordered from UberEats. There was a problem with my order and the only way to resolve it is to call the restaurant. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER or way to contact them! You can't speak to anyone there. Extremely disappointed.

The owner replied to my message "We are sorry for the discomfort caused. If we have a phone number, it will appear on Uber. You can also contact us through Google or via social media or email. I hope you give us another chance and thank you very much. In any case, Uber order errors must be complained through Uber and they will refund the money, we cannot do this manually."

I appreciate your apology. However you as the owner should understand the customer experience about not having a phone number. The one listed in Uber does not work, we tried multiple times. The order went through and when seeking help through Uber they said to contact the restaurant directly. BUT HOW? You want me to email you? We have a short window for when the order will get filled. How is that going to work? Errors happen, but there has to be a way to rectify it in a timely manner. If the only way is to speak to the restaurant then we need a way to do so before the order is sent...

Paid a second visit and was left disappointed. Fries were quite off to say the least. It was like they were refried but not all the way through, perhaps. Again, the bun is just so overpoweringly sweet combined with the rich meat and ketchup for my taste that I unfortunately wouldn't order here again.

Original: After trying a handful of other smash burgers here, Street Smash does the best job with the meat. Nice and crispy, well smashed, maybe could have used a touch more seasoning but still very good. Bun was nice although a little sweet. Unsure if the bun was toasted and if so, should have been toasted more. Fries were fine but I think we got a batch that was sitting for a little. Service was very quick and friendly but a line did form behind us during lunch rush. I'm giving 5 stars because they do a great job overall with what they're offering, but I found the burger to be too sweet for my taste. Needed a stronger acid punch to counter the sweetness of the bun...

Although the bread was amazing, and you could definitely tell the quality of the ingredients, the meat was so salty we couldn’t taste anything else - no cheese, no ketchup, not even the onion. Not sure if we just got a bad batch, but it was way too salty, first bites were incredible but it was hard to finish it. The fries were fried to perfection but compared to the extra salty patty - lacked seasoning. Service was super quick. Also a good price for the combo! Do keep in mind that there are only about 6 seats (2 outside) - I would suggest asking for take away and walking just a few meters to the...
