Wow, I just happened to go to this new Amazing Nepalese/Indian restaurant opened in Arrois near Praça do chile, My first impression was just super impressive. Tried some of these dishes. As am. Vegetarian I tried some Veg momos, Veg Thukpa, Pani puri and of course some portuguese beers, Drinks and delicious mango lassi. Wow, they are beyond just delicious. They completely filled my heart with joy. Was super soothing to my body. Asked them to do a bit less spicy, and they were very friendly to fulfil my demand. They did it happily. The ambience of the restaurant is very soothing. The service is grade A.The staff are super friendly and very attaintive always. Later, I managed to speak to one of the kitchen member as well. His name is Rohit, if I remember correctly. It was surprising to see him very calm and peaceful even after stressful work throughout the evening. The price of the food was affordable as well. I think it's the most affordable at the moment. I spent around 25 euros in total for a full stomach. I would recommend everyone to go and try this restaurant at least once when you are in...

🌶️ Restaurant Review: Mandala House – An Indian–Nepalese Gem in Lisbon 🇮🇳🇳🇵 If you're seeking authentic Indian and Nepalese flavors in Lisbon, look no further than Mandala House. Tucked away in the charming Arroios neighborhood, this cozy restaurant effortlessly blends warm hospitality with rich, aromatic dishes that transport you straight to the Himalayas and the Indian subcontinent.

Mandala House exudes a homely, welcoming vibe. The interior is tastefully decorated—simple yet elegant—with touches of traditional Indian and Nepalese design. Soft lighting and a laid-back atmosphere make it an ideal spot for everything from a relaxed solo meal to a cozy dinner with friends.

You’re greeted by friendly staff who are attentive without being intrusive. The service is notably genuine—servers often take time to explain dishes, recommend specialties, or adjust spice levels based on...

We had our eye on this restaurant as it looked interesting. It was more than that by a mile!

Our waiter was super friendly and welcoming as was the rest of the staff. But that wouldn't matter if it weren't for the food! And the food was glorious!

We started with the onion bhaji and at our waiter's suggestion the chicken chili momo. The bhaji was crunchy and beautifully spiced. But it was the chicken chili momo which blew my mind! Crispy fried dumplings filled with chicken accompanied with large chunks of red peppers and onions thencovered with a sweet chili sauce. It is is literally the dish that I did not know that I needed in my life. So delicious!

We loved the food so much that we ordered more momo to go along with lamb biriyani to eat later! The biriyani was lights out delicious also! Please do yourself a favor...

I don’t even know where to begin except by saying WOW! This place is exceptional! I’ve never had Nepalese food before but found this place on google maps and was drawn by the reviews. We gave it a shot and this place doesn’t disappoint. Our waitress was so kind and helpful, and she provided excellent recommendations. I fell in love with the Momo platter and would recommend it to all who come here. We also had the chicken thali, onion bhaji, and garlic naan (all of which were fantastic). The mango lassi was so good we ended up ordering four between the two of us. The decor in this restaurant is also so cute and I love the paintings on the wall. The restaurant was active with people from all walks of life which made for a fun time too. Overall, would highly recommend for fantastic food, lovely wait staff, and a fun environment!
