Lo bueno: La cama no estaba mal, pudimos descansar todos los días. Con neverita en la habitación aunque no enfriaba demasiado, bidé, secador, ducha con una buena mampara (en otros hoteles mojas todo el suelo), ventana y balcón, el agua con suficiente presión y calentaba rápido, el aire acondicionado enfriaba la habitación rápido. Lo malo: El armario muy escaso para dos si te alojas 8 días 2 personas. El espacio en la habitación lo mismo. La almohada con un relleno mas bien duro (cuestión de gustos). Odio tener que andar con "miedo" de que se acabe el papel higiénico. El aire acondicionado no podías dejarlo a por ejemplo 24 grados, por que siempre funcionaba igual pongas la temperatura que pongas, siempre frío y teníamos que apagarlo para no enfriarnos, y a la noche volvíamos a tener calor. El desayuno bastante escaso y poco variado, una sola persona rellenando los alimentos y recogiendo los platos, poco espacio para todos, haciendo cola para usar la única tostadora. Siempre suelo coger zumo para desayunar en los hoteles, pero en este no, los dos recipientes de zumo siempre los mantenían al mínimo (queriendo) y se veía la parte inferior del recipiente llena de mugre marrón, asique ni un solo día me serví zumo, asqueroso. No merece la pena desayunar aquí. Pero lo PEOR... casi todos los días aparecían crías de cucarachas en la bañera que salían del deshagüe... Mi pareja lo ha pasado mal desde el día 1 que las vió y yo tuve que andar matándolas siempre. A pesar de avisar en recepción el primer día, seguían apareciendo. En general me ha dado la sensación de que tienen poco personal y pocos medios. Espero intenten mejorar en algunos aspectos, sobre todo con las cucarachas... Intento que mi crítica sea constructiva. La zona en la que está el hotel no nos ha gustado mucho, y tampoco es que esté muy cerca de las zonas interesantes. Usamos el metro un par de días (6,6€ 24h por persona) pero al final terminamos usando mas el Uber. Nos alojamos 8 noches, si vas en coche y no vas a andar moviéndote mucho con el, es aparcar en el Parking subterráneo Alameda a 12€ máximo el día, queda a unos 10 minutos andando.

Unser Fazit zu dem Hotel nach sechs Übernachtungen. Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist top! Man hat in der Nähe eine U-Bahn Station 3 min Fußweg ca. In die Innenstadt kann man auch problemlos ca. 30-40 min laufen. Wenn man vom Flughafen mit der U-Bahn ins Hotel möchte ist das ebenfalls kein Problem, die rote Linie fährt fast bis vor die Tür. Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Kleine Kaffees in der Nähe sind auch verfügbar unglaublich lecker und haben keine Touristen Abzocke Preise. Zimmer: Positiv: Großer Pluspunkt ist, das das Zimmer sehr sauber war! Es war alles ordentlich und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, großes Kompliment an das Personal. Negativ: Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, bei der Toiletten Spülung fehlt etwas und bei der Dusche ebenfalls. Das Bad ist etwas heruntergekommen. Uns hat es nicht so gestört, aber es sollte schnellst möglich in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ebenfalls ein Punkt der nicht wo schön war ist das alles ehr hellhörig war. Man hat jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur / Nachbarzimmer gehört. Also für Leute die einen ruhigen Schlaf brauchen ist das Hotel definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Frühstück: Das nötigste war da, man kann es essen aber nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert Lieber in das Kaffee nebenan gehen und dort gemütlich zu einen tollen Preis frühstücken. Den zu preis für Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Der Service von den Damen beim Frühstück ist aber sehr fürsorglich und lieb! Man wird immer nett begrüßt bzw. Sobald etwas leer ist wird es schnell nachgefüllt. Service: Sehr zufrieden, die Rezeption war steht’s hilfsbereit und hat bei allen Fragen geholfen. Weiter so! Alle anderen Service Kräfte im Hotel ebenfalls ein großes Lob! Fazit: Ein schönes kleines Hotel was zum schlafen und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreicht! Man schläft abends eh nur dort und dafür ist es vollkommen ausreichend. Die 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es für die Hellhörigkeit und den Renovierungsbedarf. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Sannsynligvis det verste hotellet i Lisboa Dette er vel den verste hotel opplevelsen jeg har hatt i min 55 år. Du bestiller et Superior dobbelt rom med balkomg og blir tildelt et enkeltrom med kingsize bed. Gikk direkte ned til resepsjonen og sa at her har det skjedd en feil, men fikk da beskjed om at alt var slik det skulle være. Sendte inn klage til booking.com som solgte meg overnattingen, men de har fortsatt ikke svart meg nå en uke senere. Så etter 2 dager så opplever jeg at skoene våre er gjennomvåt. De hadde stått under aircondition, gikk igjen ned til resepsjonen, men fikk til svar at det var tatt service for 2 dager siden så det trodde hun ikke på. Da jeg viste henne video av vannet som rant ned, så fikk jeg beskjed om at hun skulle melde det inn. Jeg ble så sjokkert at jeg bare måtte gå for å ikke si noe jeg kom til å angre på, men fortalte idet jeg gikk at dette vil bli rapportert inn. Etter 10 min kommer kona opp på rommet og sier at vi må bytte rom.. Endelig så fikk vi rommet vi i utgangspunktet hadde bestilt, men jeg synes måten dette ble løst på er helt vannvittig. At dette er et 3 stjerners hotel er for meg vanskelig å forstå. Det er slitt, det er mugg i taket på badet, det er vannskader på innredningen og lydisolieringen de skryter av eksisterer ikke, du hører støy hele natten. De skryter også av å ha minibar på rommet, men det er bare ett tomt lite kjøleskap som nesten ikke kjøler. Frokosten koster dersom du ikke har det inkludert 20 euro. Denne består av eggerøre, små pølser, 1 type ost, skinke og brød Samt utvannet juice og smakløs kaffe. Unner ingen å booke inn på dette overpriset hotel, du finner mange som er rimeligere og i mye høyere standar enkelt. Jeg skal sende over masse dokumentasjon til forbrukerklagenemda og kreve pengene tilbake. Denne turen var rett og slett bortkastet

This hotel has lower prices than others of the same service and quality, especially if you're booking in advance. The problem is that after it's fully booked they start cancelling the cheap bookings to make space for the more profitable ones, leaving the people who booked first without a reservation a few days before arriving or even the day of arrival, like it happened to me. ||||I booked this hotel in December for three nights on Easter 2022, I chose it because it was the cheapest option for a good hotel in a central location. The day before I arrived I got a notification from Booking that I needed to update my credit card details, because it was not working, so I updated the information, but the problem persisted. I wrote the hotel to confirm my reservation and that my credit card was working perfectly, and they replied that it was OK and that they were waiting for me. When I arrived to the hotel happily to start my first holidays after two years of covid, they told me that my reservation was cancelled because they couldn't charge the credit card and that it was fully booked. But that they had a hotel nearby with available rooms for a price 60 euros per night higher than my original reservation (180 euros in total higher than the original, for a room of two people). I refused because I was very angry and I didn't trust them, so I ended up making a new reservation using Booking that was 240 euros more expensive than the original (80 euros per night) and without breakfast, because there were only a few rooms available in whole Lisbon, even in cities nearby. The new hotel was not luxurius, it was basically a hostel that was more expensive than normal because the city was fully booked, it was much more expensive than going to London or New York. So I don't recommend anyone to trust their holidays or financial security to this hotel, please avoid it, there are much better options in Lisbon, it's better to pay 10 or 20 euros more per night than 80, and to lose you experience in Lisbon. ||||I'm not a native English speaker but I'm writting in English to increase the scope of my experience to prevent future travellers of this...

We had the worst hotel experience ever at this place. We arrived on March 31 with a reservation through Expedia for four nights, until Tuesday, April 4, and paid for the full 4 nights when we arrived. On Monday, April 3, we went out to tour the city as usual and returned to the hotel around 8:30 p.m. I went to the reception to ask for a document that I was expecting to receive.||To our surprise, all our luggage, bags, and belongings were placed in the hotel reception. At first, it was confusing, but then a man at the reception named Ricardo told us that even do we are already paid 4 nights, "they had an error in the reservation system," and that they only had three nights registered, so they took all our belongings out of our room!||We were in shock. Some from the hotel (we assume) had entered our room during the day without our consent, took our belongings, clothes, toiletries, and personal items, and placed them in our suitcases or bags without authorization. We also lost some money.||We called the police and reported what had happened in front of the guy at the front desk. The experience was embarrassing, and we had to leave the hotel with all our belongings in many bags, in a messy way, at 10:30 p.m. for another hotel in the city. Expedia only offered us compensation to pay for one night in another hotel.||It was just awful. We did not receive any kind of compensation or apology from anyone in the hotel administration. I do not expect anyone to go through this humiliating, sad, and unfortunate situation...

To our surprise, all our luggage, bags, and belongings were placed in the hotel reception. At first, it was confusing, but then a man at the reception named Ricardo told us that even do we are already paid 4 nights, "they had an error in the reservation system," and that they only had three nights registered, so they took all our belongings out of our room!

We were in shock. Some from the hotel (we assume) had entered our room during the day without our consent, took our belongings, clothes, toiletries, and personal items, and placed them in our suitcases or bags without authorization. We also lost some money.

We called the police and reported what had happened in front of the guy at the front desk. The experience was embarrassing, and we had to leave the hotel with all our belongings in many bags, in a messy way, at 10:30 p.m. for another hotel in the city. Expedia only offered us compensation to pay for one night in another hotel.

It was just awful. We did not receive any kind of compensation or apology from anyone in the hotel administration. I do not expect anyone to go through this humiliating, sad, and unfortunate situation...
